This Mountain Cabin in Pennsylvania,built by Zook Cabins, offers a cozy retreat with rustic charm and modern comforts. Nestled in the rolling hills of PA, it features spacious interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, and stunning forest views, making it perfect for family getaways and outdoor adventures.

The outdoor space of the mountain cabin boasts a large deck with stunning views, a cozy fire pit for evening gatherings, and a grill for cooking up delicious meals. Surrounded by lush forest and rolling hills, this area offers the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy outdoor adventures like hiking, fishing, or simply relaxing on the porch while taking in the serene landscape of Pennsylvania.

We love the environment, and are doing everything that we can to minimize our carbon footprint on this area. Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful environment, and welcoming you to join us!
- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
- We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!

2. Walking/Running Trail - The trail is about 2 miles long and is unmarked but follows a logging trail and 4 wheeler trail!

4. Buchanan State Park- Beautiful!
5. Cowans Gap State Park- 42 mins away

*But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need*
Please Note:
1. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
2. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. During the winter time it would be best to bring 4x4 to get back to the homes as it back a long dirt road. Please note that the driveway does get narrow as you drive back to the homes. Due to this it is best to arrive while there is still a little daylight if possible.
5. You may potentially have some flies inside the home. We have done all we can to ensure a comfortable stay but the homes are out in nature! :)

I'm a husband and father to 3 incredible little boys. My all time favorite things to do, would have to be golf, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.
Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there Vacation Rentals and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
