Olemme tehneet hienoja parannuksia rannan taloon kuten aina. The house was very clean and included everything a family would need.

We loved the pool and the easy access to the ocean. The location was wonderful just 15-20 minutes away from Gulf Shores. The only complaint was a few of the mattresses should be replaced.

Relaxing Trip

This was a great property. We enjoyed our stay here and the pool was a huge plus with kids. It is a bit away from the main strip (approx. 20 mins) but that didn't bother us as we didn't make many trips back. Most days we were the only ones on the beach for 100 yards.

Wonderful vacation spot

Lovely property and area. Privacy and space from others. Perfect for family with young ones. Kids loved the pool and the beach. Beach easy access and not crowded! Loved that you had both pool and beach items already provided. Loved the decor. Plan to come again!

Best trip yet!

Turtle Crawl was absolutely perfect for all of our wants and needs. The pool was warm and inviting. The beds slept wonderfully. The kitchen is well equipped (more so than most places we have stayed). The weather was great for most of the days we stayed. I would highly recommend Turtle Crawl!! It was a fantastic stay!!

Turtle crawl beach house

The house is clean, great quiet neighborhood and a minute walk to the beach! It has everything you would ever need in the kitchen and the beds are comfy. The pool got used every day, multiple times a day. We had a maintenance issue at one point that was no fault of the owners and they took care of it immediately! It was a great home away from home for the week and we would definitely stay there again!

Respite at Turtle Crawl

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the pool. Loved the layout of house with the best themed wall decor ever!! Super nice owners. We were an older bunch and thought lower dining table and chairs would have been better for us. Also maybe a couple of small ottomans for putting feet up in living room. Good outside lighting. Fantastic cooking supplies. Great beach access.

Perfect getaway

This was an excellent rental on the beach. The property was clean and the accommodations were exactly as listed. The private pool was by far our favorite part and was an amenity that we will not bypass again when we vacation. There was quite a bit of ongoing construction which was a minor distraction, but not that big of a deal. Beach access was easy. Please bring bug spray as the mosquitoes were bad this week. However, we were prepared and the owners also provided bug spray. Overall, the updated interior, private pool, and beach access make this a great place for couples or families to have a less commercialized visit to the beach. We fully recommend staying here!

Can't wait to come back!

Our stay here was perfect. It was nice to be on the outskirts of town, but still close enough to a store if needed. We loved being a very short walk from the beach for the littles to made bathroom trips while playing at the beach. We had breakfast on the front deck each morning. You can watch sunrise from the back deck, next to the pool. This house is fully furnished with games, books, ice maker, cocktail fridge, blender, crock pot. The house was clean and the perfect size. The high lock on the back door helped me to not worry about my 3yo falling into the pool. There are so many chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and floaties to use near the pool or at the beach. This place is amazing and my husband who never vacations already wants to go back. The owners are very responsive and genuine. Don't hesitate to book this place! <3

Spring Break with the Family

Nestled along the serene shores of Fort Morgan Beach, Alabama, the Turtle Crawl is a hidden gem offering unparalleled tranquility. During my recent stay, I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the experience, including the exceptional communication from the owners. The owners were prompt in responding to inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure that all our questions were answered and needs were met. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the house in impeccable condition. It was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining a comfortable and inviting environment for their guests. One of the highlights of our stay was the easy access to the beach. Just a short stroll away, we found ourselves immersed in the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast. It was the perfect setting for leisurely walks along the shore and lazy afternoons spent soaking up the sun. Back at the house, the beautiful pool area provided a private oasis for relaxation. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt cared for and valued as guests. I cannot recommend this hidden gem highly enough to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat on the shores of Fort Morgan Beach.

Amazing place!

The property overall was amazing! Clean and comfortable. The pool was so nice to have on hot days, early mornings and evenings when we lounged around the house. Very roomy for 7 adults. All household supplies were very much appreciated! The check in and check out process was so easy. Loved spending time here and look to booking again in the future.

This is the second year we have stayed at Turtle Crawl and we love it. The house is very clean and it has everything that you need for a wonderful relaxing stay. Already making plans for next years trip

Born and raised in St. Louis, we first came to the area in March of 1982 and fell in love with the sugar-white sands and wide open beaches. We arrived under orders to Flight School for the US Navy. With our four children now grown, we had to come back.

After retiring from the Navy we settled back in St. Louis and Chip flew for American Airlines. Our dear friends from flight school, and beach neighbors (three houses east) introduced us to Fort Morgan. Having grown up in the area, he knew of the well-kept secret place. We were hooked!

We chose Turtle Crawl for its peacefulness and views in every direction from the pool deck or front porch. The open floor plan is ideal for hanging out with family and friends. We love seeing the sea turtles hatch and never get tired of witnessing that miracle. The daily distractions of life are swept away by the tide.
