This property features 2 king beds, perfect for a good night's sleep as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. This retreat boasts a large backyard and patio seating for you and your friends or the perfect escape for a couple looking to get away. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer/dryer, Wifi, HDTV and Nespresso coffee machine with complementary pods to start your day our right. This location is 1 mile to the USC Main Campus, 2 miles to Williams-Brice Stadium and the NAC and 3 miles from Colonial Life Arena. Whether you are coming for the shopping and restaurants, exceptional sporting arena, concert shows or coming to just escape, these gorgeous accommodations are perfectly placed and sure to please. Property was amazing! So clean and comfortable! Host was great to deal with from check in to check out. A perfect location on a quiet walkable street, with grocery and restaurants right down the street. Would stay here again.

Lovely rental, awesome host, favorable location!

The Bungalow really was home away from home! I loved the chic interior design, functionality of the amenities, and thoughtful communicative host. Such a huge plus that the property was extremely clean & fully stocked. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Home is close to downtown, the zoo, museum & Colonial Life Arena. We were beyond pleased with our stay.

This Shandon neighborhood duplex did not disappoint! Perfect location with everything needed to make our stay so comfortable and convenient. Check-in was a breeze, and the home was immaculate. Beds were most comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare some quick meals at the house. Another feature that was so appreciated was the availability of paper products including napkins, ziplock baggies, foil, as well as the PT and TP. Thank you Jill for being so available and accommodating.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved this little bungalow. The decor was really cute and they provided everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked including a Nespresso (so happy about that!) with plenty of pods and creamer, sugar etc. The beds were very comfortable with soft bedding and pillows. The backyard was huge and it was wonderful to sit outside and enjoy all the birds chirping in the morning. Overall a lovely home at a great price. Will definitely be back!

This property is really CHIC and CHARMINGJill is a super host, I was helped in every aspect during my stay. My family loved the beds they are very comfortable and clean!!!!! All house smells great,The neighborhood looks secure and close to Fort Jackson. We will return again to this place

Great location, very clean, obviously recently renovated. It’s one side of a duplex but perfectly fine and private, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice backyard, too.

The home was even better than advertised. The out door space was relaxing and peaceful, as was the indoor living area. The beds were very very comfortable and the decor brought the same vibe. My only suggestion would be to put a dimmable floor lamp in the living room bc the overhead lighting is too bright in the evening. I would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this updated and well equipped home. Beds are really comfortable and the home has a very comfortable feel. Great location near restaurants and shopping as well as easy access to the South Carolina campus. We would definitely stay here again.

Where do we start? 5 Stars – A Perfect Stay in Columbia, SC!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated home in Columbia. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The house is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing visit—from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy seating areas and a truly comfortable bed that made it hard to leave in the morning!The location couldn’t be better. It’s in a charming, walkable neighborhood with great access to local cafes, restaurants, and even a grocery store just a short stroll away. The landscaping around the property is beautifully maintained and adds to the peaceful, inviting atmosphere.What really set this stay apart was the property owner’s hospitality. They were incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Columbia, going to a college graduation or attending a ceremony at Ft. Jackson!

Well-appointed and clean

This has to be one of the most well-appointed rentals I’ve been to. First of all, I don’t know why bedside lamps are such a mystery to most owners, but this one gets it right. Hooray for bedside lamps!House instructions were clear and cleanly written. The linens are cozy and soft, and they don’t smell of super perfumed detergent, a nice nod to guests who might be sensitive to that. Towels are soft and thick, not thin and wimpy like we have found elsewhere. Stepson loved the sofa bed and gave it an A for coziness. The backyard is huge and has inviting furniture. The kitchen seems to have everything you’d need, though we didn’t do much cooking during our stay. Also very much appreciate that there’s some warmth in the paint colors and gold fixtures instead of the stark white and dark grey everyone is trending to these days. Great stay - will keep this one in mind when we’re back in Columbia to visit family!
