- Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out is 10 AM. Any Early Check-in
and Late check-out is subject to our cleaner's approval, as they
work on a tight schedule to have the room ready for the next visitor. Extra applies.

- No Smoking: You can only smoke outside the property, and please
just be sure to clean up any trash afterward. Signs of smoking
indoors will incur a $500 penalty and an extra $250 cleaning fee.

- Third-party facilities (such as Wi-Fi, electricity, or water) are out of
our control, unfortunately. Although these services are typically very
dependable, we cannot provide refunds for any interruptions. That
being said, we will do all we can to assist if there is an issue.

- Don't forget to double-check for personal belongings before you go,
we don't want you to leave anything behind. Sadly, we can't send
anything left behind via shipping.
