Nestled on the tranquil shores of Six Pound Creek, this stunning waterfront vacation home offers the perfect escape for families and friends. With four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and the ability to comfortably sleep 10 guests, it's an ideal spot for creating memorable gatherings.
Embrace the beauty of nature right in your backyard. Our home boasts a private boathouse where you can tie off your watercraft after a day on the lake. Jump into the refreshing waters for a swim, or explore the water by kayak. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit to share stories and savor the peaceful lakeside ambiance.
The interior features an open floor plan that combines comfort and style, making it easy for everyone to spend quality time together. Cook up a feast in the spacious kitchen equipped with modern amenities, and enjoy your meals on the screened porch overlooking the serene water.
Pet-friendly and designed with family fun in mind, the property includes an outside play area for kids and furry friends alike. Plus, our prime location by boat means you're just a short ride from local marinas, delightful restaurants, and shopping.

This house is located on the Southwest side of Lake Gaston.
Nearest Boat Launch is Eaton Ferry Marina (10 min by boat); (20 min by car)
Nearest Grocery (20 min): Food Lion, Littleton, NC
Nearest Essentials Store: Dollar General (10 min)
Nearest Gas Station: Pay Jays (10 min)
Nearest Marina: Eaton Ferry (10 min by boat); (20 min by car)
To get you started...
The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy hair dryers, soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use. Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.
The kitchens are stocked with paper towels, trash bags for the kitchen trashcan, dish soap, dishwasher pods. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.
A few more tid-bits... :)
1. We are pet-friendly! We know what it's like to have dogs that are part of the family, so we welcome well-behaved, fully housebroken dogs (limit 2). All dogs will need to be registered on the Lake Gaston Vacation Rentals site, and they must be supervised at all times or in a crate if home alone. Please respect our home by keeping the dogs off of the furniture, inside and outside. It is the owner's responsibility to clean up any pet waste. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250. No cats please.
2. The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system. This system is a finely balanced biological system. Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
3. Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves. Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boat.(make sure to bring your bumpers!).
4. Culverts & Bridges: Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts. Appearances can be deceiving!
5. Security Camera Disclosure: We take your privacy very seriously. However, this home is monitored by exterior security cameras in the following locations:
Camera outside the garage door
Camera at the screened in porch
Camera at the boat house
6. There is absolutely no smoking on the property. This is a heavily wooded area with lots of things that can catch fire. If there is ANY evidence of smoking, you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund. Please keep vaping to oustide only; no vaping inside the home.
7. Trash day is Tuesday. Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor receptacles for pickup. We also provide concierge trash service, which means that if you have an overflow issue, and we will pick-up the excess trash! Animals love to get into the trash outside of the receptacles and make a big mess. So, please contact management for overflow pick-ups.
8. Parking: There is plenty of parking to accomodate a maximum capacity of 10 people! And yes, you can park your boat trailer here as well (Remember to bring your chocks! Owners are NOT responsible for roll-aways or driveway incursions).
9. Guests are asked to bring their own PFD's for maximum safety and proper fit.
10. No horseplay, climbing or jumping at the dock.
11. Quick note here for our boaters...the lifts are NOT available, but you can tie off at the dock.
