Ocean Front Condo! Uusi Pool! Ranta!

Ocean Pointe Suites on yksinäinen keinona näkymät Atlantin. Suuri paikka perheille tai pariskunnille. Voit rentoutua porteilla sijaitsee 67 hehtaarin eteläkärjessä Key Largo, rauhallisessa kaupungissa Tavernier. Meidän omaisuuttamme hallinnoi Yläavaimet.

Ominaisuus: On Junior olympia koko allas w / kylpyamme ja kaksi valaistua tenniskenttää. Grillausmahdollisuus (hiiligrilli) sijaitsee koko rakennuksen ulkopuolella. Veneen omistajat, soita meille! Paikan päällä marina ja moorage. Huvivenesatama on myös täysi baari ja lounaan / päivällisen snackbaari ja varjostettu oleskelutila. Vedä tuoli ylös ja nauti rannasta tai snorkkeliä täällä tai läheisessä John Pennekampin meripuistossa. Kajakkeja marina tunnin vuokra. Tule nauttimaan tämän kauniin paratiisin, lähellä kaikkea mitä tarvitset, mutta kaukana kaikesta!

Olemme aikaisemmin vain vuokrattu läheisiä ystäviä ja perhettä. Meidän huoneisto on erinomaisessa kunnossa! Olemme täysin kalustettu 2 makuuhuonetta 2 kylpy Ocean edessä huoneisto. Makuuhuoneessa on parisänky ja pieni TV, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Olohuoneessa on taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Keittiö on täysin varustettu ruukut, pannut, astiat, Keurig-kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin ja paljon muuta. Kaikki vuodevaatteet sisältyvät.

Olemme paras Ocean View rakennus (Four) lähelle altaan ja venesatama! Saat paremmat hinnat rakennuksessa 1, 2 tai rakennuksissa neljä ja viisi (5 unohdetaan venesatama) ovat kaikkein kätevimmät ja parhaimmat näkymät!

great relaxing vacation

everything was perfect. The condo was decorated very beautiful. Loved all the little details. would definitely stay here again and recommend this highly.. The pool was a very nice pool that we used everyday.

Great Family Spring Break Locale

Enjoyed five nights at the two bedroom, two bath condo. Incredibly clean. Description accurate. Convenient to multiple beaches. Pool was awesome and a 30 second walk. The condo uses every inch of space well. Not overly big, but plenty of room for a family of four. Ocean is much closer than the pictures indicate. Easily viewable, while sitting on the couch or eating dinner at the table. Because of food issues, a good kitchen is critical to us. This had everything. Not one complaint. Not one. Highly recommended.

Nice spot, great views

Dumb hidden rules about check out that were not provided at checkin instructions or listing. They were only found in a binder in the house, which is shady. Weird rule about amount of linens/towels left at the end, saying they will charge us if too much.

Very nice cozy condo.

A couple minor things to fix to make better for next renter. Guest bathroom shower rod is old, ready to fall off. Curtain not long enough. Water spills all over. Upstairs neighbor needs to put cushion caps on dinning chair legs. Even outside chairs! The dragging on their floor is extremely bothersome. At 6 am at 10pm etc. Not well insulated for noise or vacationers. I think that was my most upsetting experience.

Great getaway!

We stayed here with another couple and enjoyed our stay! Secure entrance. Property is clean and well cared for. Condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was nice but could have used more drink glasses (no wine glasses) , and spices. We arrived late the first night so one nightsupply of coffee upon arrival would have been nice . Beds comfortable. Towels… many had bleach stains and did not match. Also one wash cloth per bathroom. Could only find two beach towels. These are simple things that could dramatically change the overall impression of the rental. The view is amazing! Location is perfect for getting to other things in the Keys. The pool is very nice and only a short walk. Things to know: balcony is very small. If you plan to cook there are no spices or oils. The TV old so you can not log into Netflix or other streaming channels,

Nice clean property

The unit was clean and fresh, but the towels were still in the dryer, apparently the cleaning service was running behind. We could not find additional trash bags, luckily there was an extra single bag in the can. The AC works well, but is pretty noise with a knocking sound coming from the vent above the oven. The upstairs guest liked to move furniture or run around. There was construction ongoing, but the crews were very good about only working from like 10AM - 3PMish, so we only heard them working one day when we had to stay inside due to the weather. While it is an oceanfront view, there is 100+' of mangroves between the balcony and the ocean. The "beach" is very small, maybe 60' wide. The dock is nice to walk out and watch the sunset. The pool and spa were clean. Overall a very good and pleasant stay, we just were unlucky with the weather. 4.5 Stars

A Great View, Pool, Hot Tub, and Tennis Courts

Our family of four stayed in this unit for a week, over the New Year's holiday. It was my husband and I, and our two teenage daughters. Each of the two balconies are triangular and small (enough for two people at a time), but the views are SPECTACTULAR and very private. The master balcony has a white plastic chair and table, and the balcony off of the livingroom has two plastic chairs and a table. This fit our needs fine. Though you could hear other guests on their balconies, you could see nothing but mangroves and the water. The condo is nicer than it looks in the pictures, and there is more space in the livingroom than what is shown. There is a couch and loveseat, in addition to dining chairs for 4 plus a chair. There are also two barstools for counter dining. This unit is on the second of 4 floors, but there is no unit below. There is an elevator, and buildings/grounds are well-kept. We thought we would use the beach/Marina area more than we did. The beach is very shallow, and has "Beware of Jellyfish" signs posted. If you are hoping for a beach experience, this is not the condo for you. The Marina bar/restaurant looks to be open air in the pictures, but it is actually enclosed on the second floor. There is a happy hour from 4-6PM with limited 2 for 1 specials, and they allow families to be in the bar area together, which was nice. Their drink/food prices were too high for us (except for happy hour), and their kayak rental prices were salty as well ($13 for a two-person Kayak, per hour). However, the shining glory of this family-friendly resort was the common area. The pool/hot tub area was large, sparkling clean, and had liberal hours (open until 11PM!). Similarly, the tennis courts were lit, and those lights lit up the playground and driving/putting golf stations as well. There was free loaner gear to be checked out at the marina (tennis rackets/balls, horseshoes, presumably a driver and putter for golf stations, and volleyballs for the beach volleyball net). We spent a lot of time in these areas, and our building (4) was the best building - closest to the water, and in close proximity to both the common area and Marina. There are errors for this condo on this/other sites for the bed configuration, which I have reported but they have not been corrected. The second bedroom has ONE QUEEN BED, not 1 full or 2 doubles. Our day trip to Key West was not worth the long drive. We would probably stay here if going to the FL keys again.

This location was not clean upon arrival and smaller than anticipated. The property manager moved us to another location to compensate us for our inconvenience. We had a wonderful time and appreciate the property manager's professionalism and ability to handle the situation immediately!

Fantastic place and location!

A great stay all around - great condo and location, easy check in, amazing views. Pool area was great - always busy but we could find a spot usually within a few minutes. Just the start of the Spring break season so bars closed 7-8pm - hopefully that expands as season gets in full swing. All around a great trip and highly recommend!

Nice place

Overall, it was a great place. The individual unit had small flaws. Toilets are terrible, sit low to the ground, and have no power with their flush. Balconies are not big enough to do anything on, but stand and look out for a few minutes at a time. Have never stayed somewhere that did not have a wash cloth available. Loved Ocean Pointe as a whole, great swimming area.

We enjoyed the condo; however, the condo complex property was under construction and it was very loud. There are stray cats everywhere, which I found to be very sad. The pool was crowded, and the beach was small.

Family Get-Away

Our family loved this property. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking around the property, the beach, and pool. We were out and about quite a bit, but it was nice to come back to a space that was all our own and be able to relax as if we were home.

Ocean Point's location in Travenier worked well for us and we enjoyed the 6 days we stayed there. We visited Key West, went on a snorkeling tour to the reef, visited Theater of the Seas and John Pennenkamp State Park. There were many beach-side restaurants within a ten mile radius. It was plenty of space for two people or a family of four. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. A nice touch was paper towels and soap provided, as well as detergent for one load in the washer and pods for the dishwasher. The unit was nicely decorated and comfortable. The exception was the sheets on the bed in the master BR were old and nubby, impossible to sleep on. The agent brought us new, washed sheets so that problem was resolved satisfactorily. The pool was large, deep and very nice. There is a bar at the pool and a small cafe by the dock/beach. The beach swimming area was disappointing; it was hip deep at high tide. I snorkeled there and saw 2 tiny fish. It would be great for families with toddlers. Though we did not meet any neighbors in the building, we could hear them frequently, as the walls are thin. We could hear talking, TV, chairs scrapping on the decks and every time the toilet flushed. We were busy with activities or enjoying the pool most of the day, so it wasn't a big deal.

Last minute get away

We booked last minute and this was pretty much our only choice. The unit was clean, the kitchen was well equipped for eating in, the pool area and beach were nice. Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend removing the plastic from the chairs and lamps, otherwise no complaints.
