Olemme jopa tarjonneet lautapelejä ja videopelejä käytettävissänne oleskelun aikana. Valoisa, pirteä keittiö tekee ruoanlaitosta lomallasi nautittavammaksi. Keittiössä on jääkaappi, uuni, liesi ja mikroaaltouuni ruoanvalmistukseen. Jokaisessa kerroksessa on kaksi pesutilaa!

Hacienda del Sol II: n yhteiset tilat ovat erinomaisia. Vieraana täällä on pääsy klubitaloon, jossa on keittiö ja kylpyamme! Mahtava aurinkoterassi, joka ulottuu rannalle, asettaa tämän monimutkaisen. Voit grillata kannella, kun nautit surffauksen äänistä.

Great area and developement

This was our 1st time in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was just as discribed. Very spacious, close to shopping, food, restaurants a couple are walkable. A short drive gets you to some great parks we saw manatees and dolphins . Great for kayaker. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with utensils and cook wear. I agree with another renter when they noted the furniture was a bit crowded. The kitchen table could have the leaf out and still have plenty of seating with the awesome built in ckrne bench. The stools outdoor go.ww bumped feet on more then sat on, never used, wasted of good space. Other than those minor tips it was agreat experience. The agency was quick to responded if you needed them. We will return.

Nice Place

Check in was fine. The floors needed to be swept and the master bed had sand on it. Otherwise it was fairly clean. Contacted the property manager about the broken lock box, but never heard back. Good thing the key pad worked just fine. Comfortable furniture in the unit.

Amazing Location

This property is ideal for anyone who wants to have a great view of the ocean and to be where it’s not crazy crowded. The beach is awesome we loved our stay. The place was nice just seemed to have a lot of furniture inside. Some ceiling fans would be nice to circulate the air around it was difficult to keep a comfortable temperature for my liking. I also didn’t like the idea of having to do laundry or else I would be charged a fee. What is a cleaning fee for? All in all the property was great would stay again.

Recovered from the intial shock

Overall the condo was exactly what we were looking for and reasonably priced. The initial shock was from discovering after our first night that the sheets in one of the beds were not clean. The office dealt with the problem and someone from the cleaning staff showed up immediately to deal with it.

This was my fourth or fifth time going to the condo at Hacienda Del Sol ll and I absolutely love it each time I go there. It is a beautiful, well-kept condominium unit and the best part is that it is located directly on the beach. My favorite thing to do is to go walk on the beach in the morning and in the evening. It is very peaceful, located at the end of the beach area with no traffic. It also has a fully equipped kitchen so that there is the option of bringing in my own food to make meals, with convenient grocery stores located nearby; or, the option to go to one of the many really good restaurants located nearby, on the ocean or inland. I look forward to the next time I will have the opportunity to go there.

Much needed vacation

Everything we needed was provided in the condo. The kids loved the boogie boards and beach toys. This condo is clean and was plenty of room for our party of 6!

Vacation of a lifetime

Fantastic Condo. Love the beach decor. This condo was awesome. So clean and welcoming from the minute we got there. Had so many handy kitchen items to use. Loved the ocean view from all the windows in the condo. They were very helpful at the complex if you had any issues. Definitely am going to come back here next year. Loved it so much I signed up for next year while we were still there. New Smyrna Beach area has so much to do. We are avid bike riders and did that every day. Even riding them on the beach. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking to book this unit. You won't be sorry.

The condo needs a complete remodel. Tile floors are cracked, dirty. The small carpet in living room is glued down to the floor, no way to clean under? Furniture is stained and NO PHONE , which we were told there was one. Chairs on balcony- no lounge chair, cushions need replacing. Master bathroom shower is disgusting, shower head hardly has any water coming out! Drawer falling out in vanity, bedroom furniture paint peeling off. My wife could not open the sliding glass door to balcony, it took both hands for me to get it open, need new doors. I have rented many units and just sold my unit this is why I rented here, never again!! The building/club house and pool area is very nice. Would recommend the building but not the unit.

Fantastic week in New Smyrna Beach!

My husband & I stayed a week at this lovely condo for his 50th birthday. The location and condo were both amazing. The condo was well decorated & included all of the amenities we needed. The heated pool was great as well as the patio area by the beach wall. Both areas were never crowded which was a nice surprise. Many wonderful places to eat and lots of unique shops on Flagler & Canal Streets. The only negative comment is the owners who stay at their condos were not as friendly to the renters. Many of our "good morning" or "good afternoon" greetings were ignored. So, we just went on with our day & ignored it. Still had a fantastic time. Great Ocean Condos made the rental process a breeze & were great to work with.

Melt Away The Winter Chills Inside And Out

From snow piles over our heads and bone chilling cold to a clean,classy condo. What more could we ask? How about amazing sunrises,full moon over the ocean,long beach walks,a heated pool,ocean and surf with ever changing sounds and colors,a space launch viewed from our own balcony,so many restaurants, nature walks and rides... Shall I go on? All we really needed were swimsuits,sunscreen and our appetites. Can't wait for next year.

Wonderful Getaway

I stayed one week and found it very relaxing and refreshing to be there directly on the ocean. The weather during that week was beautiful. I would go out in the morning and just walk down the beach, and again in the evening at sunset. A friend joined me during the week and we went to a little restaurant not far from there that she knew about on the water, and then come back and just sit out on the deck facing the ocean enjoying cheese, wine and friendship. The unit I was staying in was very clean and accommodating. During the day, I would go out on the outside deck looking out at the ocean, or by the pool, to sit in the sun and read, or go to the nearby shops. The only challenge we encountered was one of the days when my friend was there, we went down to sit by the pool and the landscaper kept going around the pool with a leaf blower which was very loud. After about 30 or 45 minutes of this, we went down to sit by the water. Otherwise, it was a very relaxing time. I enjoyed some of the local restaurants not far from the resort, and with the kitchen in the unit, I also got some things at the nearby Publix to have there. I would highly recommend this location for a family, couple, or individual who are looking for a relaxing, fun beach vacation to get away. It has a quiet atmosphere that feels like you're away from it all, yet has good restaurants and shops not far away.

Excellent Location, Great Unit

My husband and I (and our dog) have stayed in this unit twice so far, and we plan to return again and again. I grew up going to New Smyrna every year for vacation and we always stayed in Hacienda Del Sol I or II. Both complexes are small enough that you don't feel crowded, but no so small that they don't have the amenities (pool, club house, direct access to the beach, etc.) that we prefer. If you do not own your own unit, it can be terribly difficult to find a unit that has a updated, open and beachy feel like this one as many units feel cluttered and small with decor from the seventies. Everything is quite comfortable - there is no carpet, so you don't have to worry about getting sand and water in it, the bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious, the decor is up-to-date. My only critique would be that the kitchen feels a little dark, but I don't cook on vacation, so that really doesn't bother me. The photos really represent the actual look of the condo, so there are no surprises there. Of course the location is great with a direct ocean view, no walking to the beach, and it isn't more than a couple of miles to all the best restaurants in New Smyrna. My favorite part of Hacienda I is the sort of landing with beach lounge chairs that is right in front of the beach wall - it is the perfect place to comfortably enjoy the ocean and read a great book. I am completely happy with this unit and would recommend it to any couple or family who just wants a great beach vacation.

Upon my arrival at the rental I had quite a difficult time getting the lock box to open. Another resident came over and finally got it for me. When I walked in, the place was a mess. It had not been cleaned yet and was quite dirty. After about 30 minutes I finally got ahold of the rental company. They told me the owners had just stayed there for a week and were going to clean it themselves-they did not. We had to wait for a cleaning crew to come in and take care of it. We finally got to settle in about 3 hours later. After all of that, we were quite pleased with the place. The location was perfect. No cars on the beach is a huge asset. My father lives in NSB but when he has too many of us down at once we need another place. This one was nice. Some of the things in the place could use some updating but overall it was clean. The one thing I did have to do was clean out the fridge which was quite dirty. I think the cleaning crew was a little rushed because they were not expecting to have to clean another place at the end of the day. Overall I would recommend this place. Pool was a nice extra!
