A charming home with a lived-in feel, itâs the perfect place for a peaceful getaway while still being only 10 minutes from downtown Indianapolisâ top attractions. Whether youâre looking for a relaxing stay or an adventure-filled trip, this location offers the best of both worlds.
Enjoy direct access to Marott Park, known for its scenic walking trails, and unwind by the riverfront, where the tranquil sounds of the water and the surrounding nature provide the ultimate relaxation spot. With river rocks lining the White River, you can sit by the water and bask in the sunâs warmth or enjoy your favorite book.
This property features two large decksâperfect for cooking out, entertaining, or simply enjoying nature. Inside, youâll find a spacious living area with a cozy living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home. Each unit offers three comfortable bedrooms on the upper level, and the North side (larger duplex) includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Both kitchens are stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for up to 16 guests, including dishes, pots, pans, and dinnerware. The bathrooms come with plush towels and toiletries for your convenience.
Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy streaming and local TV channels for your entertainment. With key-coded doors, youâll have easy access to the property, ensuring a smooth and convenient stay.
For larger groups, consider renting both units of this rustic duplexâideal for family reunions or group getaways! An extra cleaning/laundry fee ($150) will be added for the 2nd unit if you chose to book both and have access to 6 bedrooms!!
