Koko 3BD / 2Bath-osakehuoneistomme on uusittu uusilla laattoilla, erikoiskaappeilla, graniitilla ja tuoreella maalilla. Kaikki uudet LVI-kalusteet, kattotuulettimet ja valaisimet on lisätty, samoin kuin uudet rannikkohuonekalut ja muhkeat liinavaatteet! Olemme valmiita kesäkaudelle!

South Padre Island -yhtiömme on Saidassa, jolla on hyvä maine tarjoamiensa palvelujen suhteen. Mukavuuksiin kuuluu 3 uima-allasta, 4 poreallasta, 4 tenniskenttää ja shuffleboard. 24 tunnin vartiointi on toinen ominaisuus, joka tekee siitä saaren parhaimman kompleksin! Näkymät ovat upeat Penthouse-kerroksen parvekkeelta! Meillä on siellä iso pöytä tuolilla ja kiesitiloilla nautintoasi varten! Kun parvekkeella näet, mihin olemme rakastettuja, uskomattomin näkymä Ocean Shorelineen, joka ulottuu molempiin suuntiin!

Meidän huoneisto mukavasti kaksi perhettä! Keittiössä on täysin varustettu kahvinkeitin, kattilat ja pannut sekä ikkuna, josta on upeat näkymät auringonnousulle veden yli! Ruokasalimme on erittäin tilava ja siinä on iso pöytä, jossa on 8 tuolia ja 4 jakkaraa tiskillä sekä upeat näkymät merelle! Sisäänrakennettu baari, jossa mini jääkaappi, Cuisinart Blender ja lasit tekevät viihdyttävästä hetkessä! Meillä on 60'-plasma, äänibaari ja iPod-soitin olohuoneessa ja ylimääräiset nestekidenäytöt isäntä- ja kerrossänkyhuoneissa. Asiakkaille on tarjolla ilmainen WiFi. Makuuhuoneissa on seuraavat sängyt, Master-King. Meillä on myös Frontgaten Queen Size EZ -vuode, jota voidaan käyttää oleskelutilassa. Master-kylvyssä on kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, suihku kävellä ja paljon ylimääräistä säilytystilaa kylpytuotteille. Eteisaulassa on myös suihku ja lääkekaappi. Täysikokoinen shampoo ja saippuat. Pesukone / kuivausrumpu Master-kylvyssä on myös asiakkaiden käytettävissä. Tarjoamme ylellisiä Lacoste-rantapyyhkeitä käytettäväksi kun olette vieraitamme.

Huomaa, että Etelä-Padren saarella majoittuville vieraille on annettu 17% vero. VRBO & HomeAway sisällyttävät tarjoukseen vain valtion 6%: n veron. Minun on lisättävä varauksen yhteydessä 11% lisävero Cameron Countystä ja South Padre Islandin kaupungista.

Spring Break

Perfect place for our family of 5. We enjoyed the heated pools, ocean views, swimming in the ocean, and ability to walk most of the island. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing trip.

Great place to stay. Wonderful location.

Karyn was very gracious and communicative. Place was clean and nice corner unit closest to beach for a great view. Will definitely try to stay here again for the times we make it to SPI. Fit our family of 6 easily.

Fantastic stay with excellent communication from host

Absolutely gem of a find in South Padre Island. We have stayed in this area many times, and this is by far the best VRBO we have stayed at. Located on the sixth floor of a condo complex with plenty of amenities it provides the perfect view to the beach and easy beach access. On the day of arrival there was a repair in progress and there was no water. However, upon contacting the host, she communicated with us in a timely fashion about what was going on, and even offered to refund if the water was not restored by the next morning. Luckily for us, the water was restored, and our vacation stay was wonderful. I would gladly stay at this location again.

This is a beautiful penthouse condo facing the gulf. The host was very welcoming. The condo is very spacious and comfortable.

The view!!!

This place was fantastic! The view was amazing! The living space was very open and beautifully decorated. We had everything that we needed. One of the pools was very warm, which was great for us with 70s during the day and 50s at night. It was nice to have access to the beach right from the pool area. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

What an amazing view! The condo had everything we needed and was so well decorated. The owner was responsive and very kind to even let us stay an extra day. We have rented a lot of beach front condos over the years and this is certainly one of our favorites!

Gorgeous Beach Home

This property was gorgeous! So prestige with cleanliness. The decor was cute and beachy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We had 6 people with plenty of room. The beach was only a 2 min walk back to the condo. You only had to walk the boardwalk. We would definitely return here.

This is a great property! Everything was really nice and had everything you need.!!!

Condo is in Great location. Sitting on patio is a must for us. Over looking beach!! Property is wonderful. It was March, so we had a few a days but we didn’t care. Pools (3)are good. You can order drinks or food in the larger pool. We traveled to the sea turtle rescue. Wonderful place!! Yes we would stay here again!!

Perfect Views, Gorgeous Condo

I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs all over the country and this is by far one of the best. It's designed beautifully. It has everything you could ever need inside and is really spacious. The beds are so comfortable that everyone remarked abut how well they slept. It's nicely kept up, so it didn't feel like a "rental" but like staying at a good friend's awesome house. The views were simply breathtaking. Every morning we enjoyed coffee and staring at the sunrise and every evening we sipped wine and watched the light over the ocean as it faded. I'm already thinking about when I can go back!

Beautiful property but too many interruptions

Property is lovely but when you are on vacation you don’t want to be stressed or bothered about maintenance issues or being contacted during trip. Was very disruptive for my husband trying to relax.

Saida penthouse

The beach views from the balcony, dining, kitchen, and bedroom windows are fabulous. Visitors are able to enjoy the every changing gulf views from six floors above. The condo is beautifully decorated in a resort theme with paint colors that complement the beach views. The condo had been freshly cleaned and sparkled upon our arrival. All linens are of a quality of a fine hotel. THe owner provided amenities such as soap, klenex, and shampoo. This condo will be our first choice in the future.

South Padre Review

The property is very clean and the condo has a wonderful view. There were a couple issues in the beginning but they were resolved by the owner. The property itself is very boring. There are no activities at the pool and the owner does not provide any type of items that could be used to float etc. I ended up buying items and left them there otherwise there was nothing to do but sit or walk which I enjoyed but at times got boring. Maybe a water aerobic class something to look forward to for the day. The island itself was very lovely. Overall i enjoyed it.

Great view, very comfortable stay.

We've stayed here 3 years in a row. It's on the top floor of a 6-story building, right on the beach but on the quieter end of the complex, which is perfect for us. Our favorite thing is the view off the balcony. The bar height table affords an unrestricted view of the ocean. We spend a lot of time out there. Lots of extra beach towels come in handy and there are pegs on the wall outside to dry all of our swim wear. There are beach toys in the outside closet the kids always use. Very clean condo with plenty of space. We travel with 7 people and don't feel crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There is a coin laundry on the first floor hidden in the right stairwell - $1.25 per wash, $1.00 per dry. Bring quarters with you to make life easy. It's a great place to stay - we definitely recommend.

Great Condo, People, and Beach

This place was a great get-a-way for my family of 4 and us (my wife and 2 young daughters). The condo was appointed very well and had a lot of the items that we brought already in the place (sound machines, ice maker, towels, etc), The beds were comfortable and the room was plenty big. The pictures do the place justice and it is as advertised. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars. The complex is too big. While this isn’t the fault of the concord itself, the place was very overrun with other families and kids, Mostly were from other countries. The pools were over crowded and the beach was the same. We also were there in the middle of the week so I can’t really imagine how bad it would be on weekends/holidays. The other item of concern was the washer/dryer. There’s a single unit in the condo and it’s washer’dryer combo. The dryer doens’t work. It does NOT dry clothes and while there’s a note on the unit when you arrive, its not good for families when you expect a full washer/dryer combo. That all being said, Karyn is awesome and was a giant help during all of the reservations and check in process. She’s the owner. Very friendly.
