After you spend your day relaxing at the beach and walking around exploring Anna Maria Island, find yourself back at the house enjoying the beautiful pool while catching up with your family and friends. Upon booking, we will send you a link to our extensive guidebook of activities, restaurants, etc.

INTERIOR
This recently renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home has a unique layout that is sure to fit all groups. There are 2 houses connected by the covered breezeway. The main house features an open floor plan including the den, kitchen, and dining area. Down the hall you will find the full bathroom with a tub, the laundry room, the twin bedroom, and the queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is a covered walkway that connects to the next home. The other home features the primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a king daybed with a trundle and a kitchenette. This room connects to the primary room and the ensuite bathroom. The lanai with the pool is down the stairs from the connected walkway.
BEDS
Retire for the evening in one of the relaxing bedrooms, each with soft linens and cozy bedding for a restful night's sleep. The king bedroom has a tv, table and chairs and an ensuite bathroom complete with dual sinks, jetted soaking tub, and a stand-up shower. The king day bedroom is connected to the king bedroom as well as the ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has its own entrance from the porch. This bedroom has a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, mini fridge, and a wine fridge. The day bed has a trundle. The queen bedroom has a tv, direct access to the furnished balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The twin bedroom is complete with two twin beds and a tv. All bedrooms have fans.

EXTERIOR
Step outside to your private lanai where a large, heated pool awaits for a refreshing dip. The outdoor tropical oasis provides something for everyone – lay out on the comfortable lounge furniture, cook your favorite meal on the grill, play outdoor games with your crew, rinse off under the outdoor shower, watch your favorite show on tv, and dine at the outdoor table. There are two additional outdoor areas to enjoy. The covered front porch is complete with a dining table and a ceiling fan. The screened in balcony offers a perfect spot for morning coffee or catching up on reading your book. All areas offer different spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity of your own private yard.
