Noise Awareness: As a top-floor unit, we enjoy minimal noise from neighbors. However, please be mindful of noise levels, especially on the balcony, to respect other residents.

Parking: Your two assigned parking spots are conveniently located, but larger vehicles may find the spaces snug. Please inform us if you're bringing an oversized vehicle.
Laundry: The washer and dryer are located just outside the unit. While this may be less convenient than in-unit laundry, we provide complimentary detergent to ease the process.
Internet: Our 1 Gig internet is perfect for streaming and work. However, speeds may vary during peak usage times.
Public Transportation: The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the building, providing easy access to greater Los Angeles.
Elevator: The building has an elevator, but please note it can be slow during busy times.
