Modern furniture and decor, one bedroom, dining & living rooms, fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area on the 2nd floor of a recently built gated building, in one the most centrally located and exclusive sector of Santo Domingo.
The apartment has internet (WiFi), Cable TV and air-conditioning in bedroom and indoor areas.
The home comes with tableware sets and kitchen utensils.
Bedroom is equipped with TV and Smart Set Alarm Clock radio with bluetooth speaker, drawer dresser, nightstands, lamps and curtains, premium bedding and toiletries, as well as full body mirror and iron/ironning board.
The property has 1 in-room king bed. Also a Full sofa bed in the living room and up to one rollaway extra single bed (hotel standard) upon request one day prior and a charge, for a total of up to 3 beds.
The gated community have 1 private covered parking space assigned to the apartment, 1 last generation elevator and a rooftop social area with shared pool and gym.
Also, systems of surveillance that control the access, perimeter and common areas of the project, total electric power plant coverage with automatic transfer and intercom systems!

Social area (including picuzzi) is available to guests staying 2 or more nights.
The use of the communal picuzzi is private per apartment and requires reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations are for spaces usually of three or four hours, depending on availability.

Cleanings are provided upon request a day prior based on extra fees.
