3. Please treat the property with care and respect.
4. If any property damage or maintenance needs occur, please communicate with us immediately. For emergencies, please call 911; then notify your property managers.

6. Please observe Walton County quiet hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.
7. We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
8. There are exterior security cameras in front and back of home.
9. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any deliveries. If the property does not have a mail box please direct to the nearest Postal Store front.
