Welcome to our cozy 4-bedroom, 1-bath home, perfectly located across from a public beach on the stunning shores of Lake Charlevoix. This retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends seeking both adventure and relaxation. Enjoy the beauty of the lake from the comfort of our porches, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. We're just minutes away from Boyne Mountain, where you can enjoy world-class skiing, snowboarding, and golf courses.

The Space:
Our home is fully equipped with all the basic amenities to make your stay comfortable, and we provide a starter pack of essential consumables so you can settle in with ease. All linens and towels are provided

Whether you're here for winter sports, summer fun, or a relaxing getaway, this home offers the perfect balance of adventure and tranquility.

**NO washer/dryer at this property**
*There is no cable, you will need to use your own personal login for any streaming services that you like and don't forget to sign out prior to your departure*
**In the winter the thermostat is set permanently to 70 degrees. There is also a fireplace and space heaters you can use for extra heat if it is needed.**
**This house is connected to a business that has a separate entrance and you should not hear them throughout your stay**

Quaint place for our family of 5

Overall we had a nice stay at this quaint little house. It was clean and comfortable for our three kids, and conveniently located for skiing and visiting neighboring towns. Property management was responsive with any issues. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a cute spot to land in higher city!

Great location and clean

We really enjoyed this home. I wasn’t aware it was connected to a business until the day of, but it didn’t make a difference at all. Home was very clean! Only tricky part was making sure the place stayed heated. If I had one complaint, it would be that the back stairs were covered with ice. Maybe these could get salted for future stays. We already plan on coming back next year and staying at this place

Too cold to enjoy

Very disappointed. Despite being told upon check in to “ use the thermostat to control the heat” there was no thermostat located in the rental. After trying to discuss this with the rental company I was told to use the fire place in the living room. The fireplace was very nice but rendered the back half of the property unusable as it was uncomfortably cold. I was traveling with two young children and find this unacceptable. I complained multiple times about the cold and was told they would “contact the owner.” If there is no way to control the heat and someone is renting this unit in the winter that is something that needs to be disclosed. I never would have chosen this property knowing that and feel like the listing is misleading by not disclosing that very important fact.

Boyne City Rental

Property listing is 100% accurate. Everyone in our group throughly enjoyed the home! Very good location and communication with renters was easy and quick! Only problem we had was some dog hair that was possibly from the last renter but overall would book again with this location & renter!
