Beach and Family

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix IV. Our condo was so nice, especially the balcony! We wore out the beach, outside & inside pools. I think we will never forget this vacation! Orange Beach has a good traffic flow to get places you need to go! Thanks again!

We can not wait to return. We have the best time! Location, location, location! The condo is very large. The kids each had their own bedrooms. We loved the size of the kitchen. We ate every meal on the balcony. It is right by grocery stores and restaurants. Very convenient. Gorgeous views of the waterfront. We will be back.

The pay to park at 55 bucks is absurd (by the way you can get a visitor pass til 10, and after that you will towed) Seeping 8- 10 people, the paper products were grossly lacking. 1 roll paper towels, 1 laundry pod and 1 dish pod, 2 tp per bathroom. And no handsoap? Also, being so accessible to the beach you would think there would be beach towels. Love the keurig, however there was no coffee or tea to be had. The view was great and it was clean, however we won't be back. Orange Beach has other options for the price point.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the view and found the condo clean. Just to clarify for future guests, this is a privately owned condo with a full kitchen, designed for guests to settle in and make themselves at home during their stay. It isn’t a full-service hotel, so we provide a starter pack with items like paper towels, toilet paper, dish pods, and laundry pods to get you started. From there, guests can pick up whatever they need at one of the nearby stores. For coffee, tea, and other consumables, we leave it to guests to bring their favorites. This helps keep things sanitary and also avoids unwanted pests. The same goes for beach gear—we leave guests to pack or rent their own based on preference. If you’re looking for a full-service, all-inclusive resort, we’re always happy to point you in that direction. We do appreciate your comments and hope you enjoyed your time in Orange Beach. Wishing you the best on your future getaways.

The view from the balcony is very nice and it was a short trip to the beach. There’s an ice machine downstairs too which is convenient. Unfortunately the condo wasn’t clean. Dirty floors, dirty rug (needs replacing). Dust everywhere. Sent a message to the property managers and it took them 4 days to get back to me. They sent the cleaning crew back in to clean the floors but I had already cleaned them after they left our feet black after just a few hours. I mopped multiple times and dusted the baseboards. The dining room chairs are stained and the legs are all loose. The dryer has coins trapped in it and is super loud when in use. It says it sleeps 10 but there weren’t even enough towels for that many people. The condo just needs some updating and a good deep clean. The beach was great though and we have beautiful weather. Would be willing to stay again if it’s updated and cleaned well.

Thank you for choosing to book with Beach Getaways and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful balcony view, convenient beach access, the ice machine, and great weather during your stay. We understand your concerns regarding the cleanliness and condition of the condo, and we appreciate you bringing those details to our attention. Once our team was able to follow up, housekeeping was sent back to address the floors; however, we understand that by that point you had already taken time out of your stay to clean them yourself. That is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We will be reviewing your notes regarding the floors, rug, dust, dining chairs, dryer, towel count, and overall updates with our property care team and the owner. Feedback like this is helpful as we continue working with owners to maintain and improve the guest experience. We’re happy to hear the beach was great and that you would consider staying again if the condo receives the attention you noted. We appreciate your balanced feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you for a better experience in the future.
