The Guitar On the Lake
The house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering plenty of comfortable sleeping space:
1. The master bedroom includes a queen bed for 2, along with a twin-size trundle bed.
2. The living room has a pullout sofa bed, which can comfortably sleep 2 people.
3. The second bedroom has 2 full-size beds, each accommodating 2 people, for a total of 4.
In total, the house can sleep up to 9 guests.
In addition to the basic amenities, the house comes equipped with a coffee machine, fully stocked kitchen tools, and a modern digital sink, juice maker for a fresh cup of juice. In a bedroom, you’ll have a desk/office area to work as well. Outside, enjoy a beautiful backyard with vibrant flowers and plants, plus a spacious area for kids and pets to play. There’s also a deck where you can fish and watch turtles.
The place is close to a lot of tourist attractions, malls and restaurants:
Hardrock Casino and Hotel: 3 mins drive
Hardrock Stadium: 20 mins drive
Sheridan Shopping Mall: 3 mins drive (the mall includes Publix, Starbuck, Ross, Marshall’s, Kohl’s, Shepora, LongHorn SteakHouse, Chili’s Grill and Bar, Polo Tropical, LA Fitness, Panera Bread, Burger King, Siam Rice and Thai, Nakorn Roll Sushi, Bath and Body, Nail Salon, Dollar Tree, FiveBelow, Subway, Gamestop)

For relaxing evenings, the house boasts a cozy patio with 100 LED lights, perfect for unwinding or having fun. Inside, you'll also find a selection of board games for entertainment.

I was able to buy this property, renovate it mostly by myself including the design of it, and now I’m ready to welcome all guests to stay at my place that I pour my heart into. I will always try my best to make you satisfied and happy while you stay with us!

Our place offers a modern touch yet cozy enough to make you feel like you’re at home. The place also offers breathtaking views to the lake so it can soothe your soul and comfort you whenever you need a moment to appreciate the nature. It has a great backyard with artificial grass, perfect for your kids and pets to play. They will love this backyard!
