Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood just 2.5 miles from the Texas A&M University campus sits this fantastic home convenient to just about everything. We are just just around the corner from Super Wal-Mart and many of the areas favorite restaurants and attractions. The home has plenty of sitting areas, a fully equipped kitchen, Roku TV`s, desk area, and BBQ and fire pit for outdoor enjoyment. You`ll be in a great area in a comfortable home where you can relax and enjoy your stay!

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.

Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.

You can access the entire home, garage, back yard, and driveway.

You will check in with your code on your own. We live in the area and are available when needed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property as owner is allergic to smoke.
No pets allowed.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Only registered guests are allowed overnight (after midnight).
