Tämä upea, kolmen kerroksen rantatalo sijaitsee 30A: n rannan puolella ja siinä on kaikki tarvitsemasi viehätys rentoutuaksesi ja nauttiaksesi Seagroven kauniista, tungosta rannoista ja Scenic 30-A: n viehättävästä ilmapiiristä. 'Aina kesä' on 3 + makuuhuone, 3. 5 kylpyhuoneen rantakoti ja sopii erinomaisesti perheen kokoamisiin / ystäväryhmiin ja nukkuu mukavasti 9. Se on kauniisti sisustettu, edullinen ja nauttii 3 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä perheystävällisestä rannasta hiljaisilla kaduilla. Kun olet täyttänyt valtameren, palaa yksityiseen uima-altaaseen ja terassille rentoutumiseen ja viihdyttämiseen ulkona. (Huomaa: uima-allas voidaan lämmittää viileämpinä kuukausina lisämaksusta 30 dollaria / päivä.)

Talo sisältää ihanan ensimmäisen kerroksen olohuoneen, jossa on 43 "taulu / DVD, ja avautuu ruokailutila, ruokailutila kuistilla ja pirteä, täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa kaikki tarvitsemasi. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös queen-makuuhuone ja täysi kylpyamme, joka on ihanteellinen vieraille, joiden on vältettävä portaita, sekä pesutupa täysikokoisella pesukoneella ja kuivaimella avuksesi.

Toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi tilavaa master-sviittiä, jotka antavat mukavuutta ja yksityisyyttä yhdessä lomailijoille. Jokaisessa sviitissä on oma kylpyhuone ja taulu-TV / DVD, kun taas etusviitti avautuu omalle parvekkeelle ja myös työtila.

Kolmannen kerroksen "Tower-huone", jossa on puoli kylpyamme, voidaan käyttää ylimääräisenä makuuhuoneena, pelihuoneena, lasten hengailuna tai paikkana nauttia hyvästä kirjasta kuumalla iltapäivällä. Kävele 'Observation Deck'ille - tähtikatselu ja pitkät keskustelut kesäyöhön!

Great property for us!

The property is very well kept, had a lot of supplies like handsoap, extra paper products and dish detergent. The beds were very comfortable. The location has perfecr acess to the Eastern Lake beach public beach access. We had multiple families stay in the same area and it was easy to walk to their properties. Ive been going to 30A for over 30 years and it is one of the best properties we have rented. We had a small issue with trash pickup but the host was very helpful and responsive about what we should do. Thanks Gary!

Nice property, with good central location with access to Rosemary and Seaside. Plenty of space for our party, and the pool is a nice bonus. Unfortunately, the HOA of the neighborhood adjacent to the Ramsgate beach access decided to gate off and lock the cut through since the last time we stayed on this street, which necessitates a long walk around the neighborhood, or using the beach access that requires wading through a lake that gets to be 3-4 feet deep at times. While not a huge problem for able bodied adults, it made beach access very difficult for my elderly in-laws, therefore I would not recommend for anyone with mobility challenges.

The house was great. Very clean and spacious. We did have an ant issue but Gary responded immediately. Also, the pool cleaner kicked us out of the pool to maintain it. If they have a scheduled day they come, it might be good to notify guests. We loved the lake outfall as a place for the kids to play in but do note you have to cross the outfall with about 18 inches of water so a wagon isn't an easy option if you have babies to carry

Spectacular Spring Break

The stay was AMAZING. The house has plenty of space and bathrooms for the number of people it sleeps. The kitchen was stocked for our stay - plenty pots & pans, openers, plates & utensils, and mixing & serving options. All the appliances worked as they should. The pool is nicely partially shaded toward the end of the day with surplus outdoor seating. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive prior to our stay. We didn’t have a single reason to bother him during our stay.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing time from the moment we booked until the day we left. Gary was extremely helpful throughout the process. The property was clean and organized. Beach access was communicated clearly and was a very short walk from the residence. The pool was heated, which was nice during the colder days. Parking was simple and there was room for two vehicles on the quiet street. This are is directly off of 30a and within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping locations. We would certainly book again.

Great Family Getaway with Plenty of Space and Amenities!

Our families had a wonderful stay! The house was in great condition, with plenty of space for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids). The heated pool was a big hit, with the kids using it daily. The beach was easily walkable, and there were nearby shops, restaurants, coffee spots, and ice cream places—all within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is also conveniently close to Seaside, offering even more shopping and dining options. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place!

House was a great size, we had more than enough room and outdoor areas to enjoy. Great kitchen layout for feeding a crowd. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Pool is well taken care of. Guests Flying - Be aware of what's not provided or mentioned

House was great, location was great, Gary was easy to work with. Pool and backyard was awesome to come home to after day at the beach. However, the guest who is flying into area and not driving needs to be aware of things NOT provided but needed. Especially at a beach house. No hair dryer no pool toys, nothing for beach, chairs, cooler, towels etc I have been renting beach houses for years and never had this be an issue before. Just something to think about. Amy

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We had a great stay here! Communication with Gary was fantastic from start to finish and he helped us in any area we needed. The location is great and is a short walk to the beach as well as to many other fun places to visit on the coast. The house was very clean and had all the accommodations that were great for our family. We had a minivan and a truck, so parking is a little snug and had to play musical cars a little bit but we made it work. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great central location and beautiful home!

Our family of four had an awesome time at Always Summer! We rented a golf cart and found our favorite beach access nearby. We could walk to the beach, The Old Florida Fish House (our favorite), or take a short golf cart trip to Seaside or The Hub. Gary (the owner) was very responsive and took care of everything we needed. The pool was beautiful, and we enjoyed wrapping up the days with a night swim. The bedding was perfect, and my wife and I decided to look for those sheets and mattress when we got home. Our best 30A stay, thus far. Great job, Gary!

Wonderful Fall Visit

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful home! Communication with the owner was great and he was prompt to respond. The kitchen is very well stocked and perfect for cooking meals at home. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach is easy (we had adults and teenagers so everyone could easily carry something). The pool area is perfect for afternoons after the beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. We would definitely stay again if we return to the same area!

We fell in love with Seagrove Beach and the 30A experience on our first family vacation in 2004. Over the years we have made many family memories enjoying the beautiful emerald green waves at our neighborhood beach access, building sand castles, catching crabs, riding bikes through the many scenic neighborhoods, paddle boarding on Western Lake, catching Red Snapper and Grouper on a chartered fishing trip, soaking in the sun on our pool deck, star gazing from our third floor observation deck and eating some of our favorite beach foods like smoked tuna dip or key lime pie!

We chose Always Summer because it fits all the criteria of a perfect vacation home on 30A:

Location
Our home is centrally located on 30A with the beach communities of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach just 5-10 minutes west and Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach just 5-10 minutes to the east. It is easy to enjoy the many unique restaurants, shops, architecture and activities that each of these communities has to offer. If you want to visit Pier Park at Panama City Beach you can drive 25 minutes east or if you want to enjoy the shopping, restaurants and activities of Destin you can get there by driving 30 minutes west.

Beach Access
We wanted a home that would have a short, easy and safe walk to the beach for young children and elderly grandparents. It's just a 5 minute walk from our front door through a quiet neighborhood before you have your feet in the sugar white sand of the Emerald Coast.

Private Pool
We wanted to enjoy the refreshing feel of taking a plunge into a freshwater pool after a day in the salty ocean water. Our pool is truly private with a large pool deck surrounded by a privacy fence and a large green space behind the fence. The pool lights make it possible to enjoy this space even after the sun goes down.

First Floor Bedroom
We wanted to make sure that family members and guests that have difficulty with stairs would have easy access to a bedroom and bathroom.

Our home is close to the beach yet hidden in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end road with little traffic.

Large Private Pool Deck
Many homes that boast a private pool have a pool the size of a postage stamp. Our pool and pool deck have plenty of space for everyone and it truly is a private space surrounded by a privacy fence and green space behind the fence.

Lots of Deck Space
With five different porches and deck spaces there is plenty of room for guests to find solitude.
