The first level hosts an inviting guest bedroom with a queen bed alongside the lavish primary bedroom boasting a soft king bed, a private bathroom, and a covered deck with Adirondack chairs. For convenience, the laundry room is on this level.

The great room’s multiple wood tones and deep, earthy colors curate a relaxing atmosphere, naturally lit by the numerous windows on the main floor. Guests’ inner chefs will adore cooking in the well-planned kitchen, equipped with Café appliances and a 5-stool breakfast bar for entertaining friends while preparing meals to share at the dining table for 8. The living space features a plush couch and 2 fashionable barrel chairs for comfortable evenings unwinding or watching TV. *Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.

*The Seacrest Beach Lagoon pool and deck will be closed beginning 10/27/2025 for resurfacing. The project is scheduled to be completed by December 2025.
