Located just a short 10-minute drive from Canmore, the property offers breathtaking views of the Rockies, easy access to nearby trails and green spaces, and a serene courtyard perfect for unwinding. The spacious condo is designed with families in mind and provides added privacy with only one neighboring unit—ideal for relaxing after a day of mountain adventures.
During your stay, you’ll have access to a range of luxury amenities, including a private balcony, a heated year-round pool, a hot tub, underground parking, a private fitness center, secured bike and ski storage lockers, and wheelchair accessibility. The courtyard also features gas firepits, creating a cozy space to enjoy the mountain air.
If you enjoy cooking, you’ll love the attention to detail we’ve put into the kitchen. It’s fully stocked with high-quality pots, pans, and utensils to help you create delicious meals and make your stay truly memorable. For your convenience, the complex features a diner and a liquor store, as well as specialty food and wine shops that are local favorites—perfect for gathering everything you need for an amazing meal.
Additionally, the large covered patio is equipped with a BBQ grill, ideal for enjoying warm evenings with some outdoor cooking. If you’d like to use the BBQ, please let us know in advance, as it’s available for an additional fee.



Please note the following:
- **Pets:** We welcome pets at an additional fee of $200 CAD per pet, with a maximum of one pet allowed. Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, as failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges of up to $375 CAD.
- **BBQ Grill:** Guests may request to use the BBQ grill for an additional fee of $50 CAD.
