Central and peaceful apartment in a quiet street, near the Russian church, renovated 2022, quality fittings, fully equipped.
Shops and all amenities nearby, bakery, supermarket, restaurants.
10 minutes walk from Nice Central train station and tramway, 12 minutes from the beach.
Living room with convertible sofa bed 140x190 for 2 kids, large TV screen.
Large fully equipped open kitchen, table x4 people and central spot x4.
the 3 private bathrooms for each bedroom provide great comfort. The showers are spacious. 3 toilets.
A large master bedroom, 1 queen size bed 160x200, with private bathroom and toilet.
A second bedroom, 1 queen size bed 160x200, with private bathroom.
A third master bedroom, 1 queen size bed 160x200, with private bathroom and toilet.
1 private guest toilet.
All beds are new. TV in each bedroom. Large wardrobes.
All rooms are air-conditioned, wifi.
Dishwacher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, coffee machine, oven, microwave, iron and board, hair dryer.
Please, cleaning fees, bed linen and bath towels laundry fees (110 euros) are not included in the booking cost and will be payable on the day of your arrival, cash and euro money, at the time of the entry into the accommodation and at the hand over of the key.
The maximum is 6 adults and the sofa bed in the living room is more suitable for 2 kids.
We accept to host young people with damage deposit.

Parking "Interparking" 24/24, Nice Thiers Central train station, 10 minutes walk from the apartment, weekly card 129 € / week.
