Winter Pool Heating Costs (Does not apply to Hot Tub - Hot Tub @ 104 is included with stay)
November - March, there is a $300 initial pool heating fee, plus an additional $100 for each night of your reservation.
Requesting Pool Heating - 4 Easy Steps:
- Message us at least 3 days before check-in and express your interest in pool heating.
- We`ll get back to you, confirming the pool heating cost, and send a request for payment.
- Once you`ve made the payment, the pool heating kicks in.
- Check in and dive into the joy of your heated pool. Keep in mind, that weather conditions may influence your perception of the water temperature.
Guests will have access to the entire property besides the garage.
There is NO BBQ at this home.
