Brand New 2-bedroom with Central AC plus a loft cabin. With 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed, plus a full-sized futon in the loft can be set up in this cozy retreat, perfect for families or friends looking to get away.

We have a finished apartment downstairs that will sleep 4 - 6 if you use the futon in the living room, and has a private entrance in the front of the home through the 8-foot sliding glass doors.

It is complete and available for rent if you have over 8 people in your party.

We are still in the process of developing the landscape - We made the driveway bigger for more trailers, and we are building a stone firepit, and more exciting things!

You are welcome to use the current fire-pit on the property.

Beautiful pristine lakes and an incredible snowmobile system that borders Maine, Vermont and extends to Canada. Fishing, ATV, Snowshoeing, or just hanging out.

2 Bedrooms plus loft sleeps 8. The 8th person sleeps on a futon in the loft. (If you have more than 8 people - we can open up the apartment below for an additional cost.) The kitchen table (upstairs) opens up to seat 8.
