Late Checkout: Minimum $150 fee after 11:00 AM unless approved.
Pool: Do not adjust equipment (pump or heater). Contact the host if issues arise.
Smoking: Not allowed indoors or outdoors. No marijuana.
Parties: No parties allowed without permission.
TVs: All ROKU Smart TVs (no cable).
Child Safety: Not childproofed; supervise children at all times.
Pool & Hot Tub: No safety gate; exercise caution.
Safety: Smoke alarms are installed. Carbon monoxide detector not reported — portable one recommended.
Noise & Events Policy: Zero-tolerance for loud noise or unauthorized parties.
If police are called, a minimum $500 fee will apply and the reservation will be canceled without refund.
