A cozy 28 m² home in the city center with a separate bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Located on the ground floor, it’s fully isolated with excellent soundproofing. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Recently updated based on guest feedback — now featuring a separate bedroom. Guests are welcomed with coffee, tea, seasonal fruits, and delicious Georgian wine. Shops, cafes, and attractions are within walking distance.
Enjoy a modern European-style renovation in a cozy home with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Fully furnished with high-quality appliances and amenities. A perfect choice for those who value comfort and convenience in the very heart of the city, close to shops and attractions.
Guests are offered a cozy, insulated apartment with a secure metal door and window bars. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, a TV, wardrobe, and safe. There is a bedroom and a kitchenette equipped with essential appliances (exhaust hood, electric kettle, microwave), dishes, and a refrigerator. The bathroom features a shower, towels, soap, a hairdryer, and shower gel. For added comfort, a bathrobe and slippers are also provided.
Guests can contact the housekeeper at any time of day to resolve any questions or concerns, ensuring their stay in the apartment is as comfortable as possible. We are always ready to help and provide ideal conditions for a relaxing stay.
