Our three-level home has so much to offer including 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms; one with a jacuzzi bathtub, a game room, hot tub, fire pit and more! You'll have endless fun at your fingertips in our full game room that has billiards, 4 arcade games, foosball, plenty of board games, toys for your littles, a big-screen TV, and even a poker set!

The property is located within the Saw Creek Estates community and your stay includes 6 fobs that gives access to an indoor/outdoor pool, parks, lakes, fishing, boating, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, walking and riding trails and a grand clubhouse featuring fine dining, full bar service, and live entertainment throughout the year. Additional fobs can be purchased from Member Services for $35 each.

Enjoy the picturesque scenery beside the firepit or relaxing in the 4-person hot tub. To make your stay preparing for your stay a little bit easier we provide all bed linens, towels, cleaning supplies, starter pack of paper products including toilet paper, and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). You must supply your own Duraflame Logs that are to be used in the Master Bedroom's & Living Room’s fireplace. However, we do supply firewood for the outdoor firepit and propane for the grill!

We even have the littles in your family covered! We have kids dinnerware, a selection of toys and family games, a pack n’ play, high chair, and built-in baby gates on the main floor.

There is an electronic keypad on the door, so you can come and go from the house without worrying about keeping track of keys. The house also has a private driveway with room for several cars.

We are generally always available! Message us through Airbnb or call our guest services number listed on your welcome instructions.

This is within a gated community, you may or may not have a short wait to enter the community.

There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the entry level floor.

You must submit a photo of ID and registration information within 48 hours of booking. Any bookings or information submitted 4 or less days away from arrival will have a $75 late fee.
