Fun Time at Seaview!

I brought along my dog for the week, so the large front deck was perfect and allowed us to sit out nights in comfort. Easy access to the beach and Red Bar/Chirango's. The house has more of beach vibe, simple and clean. I locked myself out of the house the first night with my dog locked inside! and the owners were quick to come to my rescue. I would definitely stay here again.

Normally watching tv is very low on my list of concerns when I'm at the beach but it was opening weekend for college football and we were unable to get several of the big games. The owner did everything he could to help, and ended up putting a call in to cable provider and I'm sure the issue is corrected now, we will be back!!

A GREAT HOUSE FOR OUR FAMILY!

My husband and I have 2 small children(1 and 5), and the house was just fantastic...happy, colorful and so nice and clean. One of the best things we appreciated was the small wiring around the porch railing. There was no worry that our one year old would take a tumble off the sitting area. The bathrooms were spotless and the kitchen was set up nicely. Lots of light from windows to let that great Grayton sun brighten up our days!! The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. One convenient thing about Sea View is that it is only a few steps to the boardwalk for that unforgettable beautiful walk out to the beach...sugar white sand, blue ocean and sky, colorful umbrellas and much fun and laughter awaits. Same time next year....and, we hope, many more for our children and us to look forward to!

Location is Amazing!

This house is the ultimate beach house - cozy and so close to the beach. We had 4 people and one dog and had plenty of room. Home could use some TLC and bit of updating, but that won't stop us from coming back. This is our second time staying there and probably will not be our last.
