Originally built in 1894 by a Swedish family as one of the area's first homesteads, this cabin offers a rare opportunity to step back in time while enjoying modern comforts. Relax on the expansive wraparound porch and take in sweeping views of the Mesa, Coon Creek, tranquil ponds, and abundant wildlife—just as they were over a century ago.
The cabin boasts a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a cozy loft with a queen-sized bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. With both indoor and outdoor dining spaces, as well as a full bathroom featuring a charming clawfoot tub, this home is perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. This retreat is ideal for one or two couples, or a small family. Please note that access to the loft is via a ladder, without rails, making it less suitable for very young children.
In addition to the local wildlife, you'll also encounter friendly domestic animals grazing on the ranch property, including sheep, llamas, goats, cows, and occasionally chickens.
