Enjoy AC, and a quiet and convenient location. You can relax in the backyard with string lights. Just 5 mins from all iconic attractions of Seattle, and easily savor the vibrant dining options in Capitol Hill!
1st Floor:
● Spacious Great Room (1st floor) : A harmonious blend of kitchen, living rooms, and dining room, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Our fully equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary cookware and utensils.
● Powder Room: Conveniently located for guests. Next to the kitchen and living rooms
2nd Floor:
● Primary Bedroom + Bathroom (2nd floor) : 1 queen bed, a full-length mirror, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and dual-sink vanity
● Second Bedroom (2nd floor) : 2 bunk beds with dedicated Workspace
● Third Bedroom (2nd floor) : 1 queen bed + 1 bunk bed
● First Full Guest Bathroom (2nd floor): Enjoy a rejuvenating soak in the bathtub
Downstairs:
● Fourth Bedroom (downstairs) : 1 queen bed

You have access to the entire house and the yard, except for the storage shed in the yard, which is not available for use during your stay.

We want all of our guests to have a wonderful stay with us, so we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any parties or events. We have a security system and outside surveillance cameras to ensure everyone's safety, and we appreciate your understanding that any noise or motion may trigger them. Please note that Airbnb's policy strictly prohibits parties, and violators will be charged a $1,000 fine.
2.【QUIET HOURS 9PM-8AM】
Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable home away from home. We understand that our guests come from all walks of life and with different schedules, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors' peace and quiet during the hours of 9 pm to 8 am. We truly appreciate your cooperation in making our rental home a welcoming space for all.
3.【NO SMOKING】
To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the rental home or anywhere on the property. If any signs of smoking are detected, a $1,000 violation fee will be charged.
4.【NO ANIMAL】
We understand how important pets are to many people, but unfortunately, this property is not pet-friendly due to the homeowner's allergy to animal danders/hairs. We kindly ask that you respect our policy and not book if you plan to bring an animal with you. If an unauthorized animal is found on the premises, we will kindly ask that it be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 【NO SHOES】
We kindly ask that you remove your shoes when entering the rental home to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all of our guests.
6.【Self Catering】
We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we will provide an initial starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper. If you need additional supplies during your stay, they can be purchased from a nearby store at your expense.
7.【Early check-in】
We understand that early check-ins can be helpful in certain situations, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that a $200 early check-in fee will be charged, and approval is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day. Please check with us one day prior to your check-in date to confirm availability.
8.【NO late check-out】
We kindly ask that you check out on time so that our cleaning crew has enough time to prepare the rental home for the next guests. Late check-outs are not possible due to same-day check-ins.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
We want to make sure that our rental home remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests, so we kindly ask that you sort your garbage and recyclables and dispose of them in the appropriate bins. If you are unsure, please leave them inside the rental home, and our cleaning crew will handle them.
10. 【Lost & Found】
We want to ensure that you have a stress-free check-out process, so please make sure that you take all of your personal belongings with you when leaving. If you happen to forget something, we can certainly ship it back to you for a handling fee of $100 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
11. 【Stay for 30 days or more】
If you're planning to stay with us for 30 days or more, we'd like to extend a warm welcome and ask you to sign a lease agreement. It's not just a formality; it helps us ensure your comfort, legal compliance, and a smooth stay.
12. 【Unregistered Guests】
All visitors must be registered during their stay. Unregistered guests may incur a $50 fee per person. This ensures safety and quality for all. Please notify us in advance if you plan to have visitors.
