The Space:
Comprised of two distinct units that can each be booked individually, the Annex and the Chapel, you now have the flexibility and convenience of booking both together, making this the perfect option for a family vacation or friend’s getaway where you and your guests will each find their own unique and private space to spread out in.

Location is everything, and here you’ll find all that St. Augustine has to offer within short walking distance of your front door. Stroll through the quaint downtown area, where Spanish colonial buildings house charming boutiques, cozy cafes, and exquisite restaurants. Feel the gentle sea breeze as you explore the historic Castillo de San Marcos, or enjoy a leisurely boat ride along the Matanzas River, taking in the stunning views of the city’s skyline. You’ll also be just 1 block away from highways, offering quick access out to the beach or for a day trip to nearby Jacksonville. As the day winds down, find a peaceful spot on the beach to watch the sunset paint the sky with hues of orange and pink.

The unit has been refreshed with stylish interior design updates, including a brand-new sleeper sofa and thoughtfully curated décor for a more inviting and comfortable stay.

In the Chapel, the great room showcases soaring cathedral ceilings, with original woodwork and gracefully aged hardwood flooring illuminated by the abundance of windows on each side. Settle into plush sofa seating while you stream all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV or tap into your inner pool shark with a competitive game of billiards at the full-sized table. The stylish kitchen comes fully equipped for all your mealtime needs, offering all major appliances (including a gas range), a showpiece basin sink, and cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Gather around the dining table for formal meals or to kick off the evening with raucous rounds of games.

The Annex’s intimate interior is the perfect home base for sightseeing, designed to help you relax and unwind during your well-earned downtime. The living room quickly settles you in, where your next engaging novel waits to be read, or you can stream all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. This unit is equipped with convenient amenities, including a mini fridge, a K-Cup coffee maker with coffee pods, and a microwave for your comfort and ease.

Chapel
This home sleeps 5 guests comfortably in the private loft and living area.

The loft, once the gallery housing church bells and music, includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with soft blankets and fresh linens and a new twin sleeper futon for a great night’s sleep, along with ensuites of a walk-in closet and walk-in shower.

The home also includes a half bathroom on the main floor.

Annex
This home comfortably sleeps 3 guests in the private bedroom. A full size sofa bed and sleeper chair are located in the living space. The annex can sleep 3 guests total with a possible 4th guest in the sleeper chair.

The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with soft blankets and fresh linens for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV.

The full ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/claw foot tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer available in the Chapel only.
• Unit now have a parking pass in addition to the garage pass. We offer ONE residential street parking just outside the property with the pass. 2 parking passes provided for Garage. Garage is a 7 minute walk to the property. Passes must be returned or guest may be responsible for replacement fees and parking fee.
• Free parking is first-come, first-served. You can find parking as close as a few houses down on the next block. The Historic Downtown Parking garage is a 7 minute walk.
• The Chapel is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located on the front door and actively monitoring the entrance.
• This home comprised of 2 distinct units – the Chapel and the Annex. Smaller groups may want to consider booking an individual unit.
