Located just over half a mile from the iconic Oak Island Lighthouse, this gorgeous home accepts up to two dogs per stay and features a reverse floorplan and incredible views of the dunes and the Atlantic Ocean beyond, plus desirable amenities such as a private elevator and a pool table.

The open concept living area is flooded with natural light and features cathedral ceilings. Gleaming hardwoods, sandy neutrals and pops of fun color and nautical décor complete the beachy feel. Gather together across from the large flatscreen TV to share a favorite movie or watch the big game. The sturdy round dining table is set for six, with extra folding chairs in the closet and an additional four seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. The modern kitchen provides plenty of counter space for meal preparation including a center island and stainless-steel appliances. A half bathroom is located off this space for convenience.

You’ll also find the primary bedroom suite on this level. Furnished with a king bed, you’ll wake up to the waves each morning thanks to direct deck access. This space also features closet space and a private en suite bathroom, with his and her sinks and a step in shower.

On the lower level, the final four bedrooms surround a central lounge space and game room. After the day’s adventures, cleaning up is a breeze, with an open rinse off shower available on your boardwalk and and enclosed outdoor shower available under the property on the ground level.
