The contemporary 1-bedroom apartment style is a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The apartment gives you and your family the feeling of being on vacation while still having the comforts of home. The Bedroom has a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating night’s sleep.
The apartment is built with 1 large bedroom that you will find a King-size bed that come with comfortable mattresses and pillows and there is fitted cabinets in the bedroom. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one is attached in the bedroom and the other one is in the living room area. The bedroom has access to the balcony where you can see the Lake and the community as well.
The living room is very spacious and provides a comfortable sofa with plenty of space to sit from while watching Netflix in a Smart TV. The living room has access to the balcony where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air.
If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is wonderfully stocked with all the modern appliances for you to
prepare hearty meals (fridge, microwave, stove, and more!)
Towels, complimentary toiletries, other amenities like the washing machine and ironing facilities are
also provided for our guests which is great for short- and long-term stays.
Due to local laws, we will need a copy of all the guests passport before your arrival to register you as a guest at Dubai Tourism Department. This apartment is fully legal and registered on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room per night.
