3 tarina duplex kotiin yläpuolella Boulder Lift Taivaallisen n Nevada puolella. Jos nauttia kesäisin patikointiin, maastopyöräilyyn ja upeat näkymät, tämä on ehdottomasti paikka !! Hiihtää pois takakuistilla tai ottaa shuttle !!

Tämä kaunis mukautetun kotiin, täysin uudistettu hiljattain, sijaitsee keskellä Heavenly Ski Resortin Nevada hiihtoalue ja oikealla yläpuolella Boulder Lift Taivaallisen n Nevada puolella. Astua ulos ovesta oikealle reunalle mäkeä ja suksi alas Boulder Run. Tämä 4 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpy 2000 s. f. yksikkö on kaikkein ainutlaatuinen ja ylellinen yksi taivaallisen n Nevada puolella. Hyvin yksinäinen lopussa umpikujan varrella, sinun ei tarvitse huolehtia melun tai naapurit ja on oma yksityinen ja rauhallinen paikka kaikki itse. Sit kannella ja juoda upeat näkymät paitsi Lake Tahoe mutta Mt. Tallac ja Heavenly Valley !!

Kun olet kotona annat kaunis keittiö / ruokailutila jossa parketit, ruostumaton teräs laitteet, kaasuliesi, moderni koverrettu kupari pesuallas, graniitti työtasot ja suuri 32 "lcd LED Teräväpiirtotelevisio viihdyttävä. Voit myös löytää istumapaikat 11-13 tässä kerroksessa: 6 at ruokapöydän (8 lehtiä lisätty), 3 baarissa alue ja vielä 2 seinään baarissa vasemmalla puolella keittiö / ruokasali bar . Käytävää pitkin ja oikealle löytää ensimmäinen 3 kylpyhuonetta lattialämmityksen kanssa! Ei enää kylmä kaakelilattiat niille kylmä talvi aamuisin. Kylpyhuoneissa koko kotiin kaikki tulevat varustettu uusinta LVI, graniitti työtasot ja 10 sarjaa ylelliset pyyhkeet.

Pidemmälle käytävää pitkin ja tulet ensimmäiseen makuuhuoneeseen. Makuuhuone # 1 on mukava queen-vuode ja 46 "Flat Screen LED High Definition TV Blu-Ray-soitin. Upouusi matot koko ja tämä makuuhuoneen näköalalla metsän takapuolelle kotona.

Mene yläkertaan ja löytää upea olohuone, joka ylpeilee vielä kauniimpi näkymät Lake Tahoe. Mukava nahkasohvat istua suoraan edessä kaasutakka upea kalliolla, johon on asennettu 52 "taulutelevisio Hi-Def tv Blu-Ray-soitin. Great View - Beginners caution

Great view!! This was advertised as ski out. Be aware unless you are an expert you will have to go to the parking lot to ski out. Stay was easy. Pretty inconvenient you can’t park right at the house but we knew that upfront. Could definitely use some update bedding. Our bedding looked 30 years old. Also be aware this is a split condo. You share your balcony with the neighbors. (Your hot tub and their hot tub are on the same balcony with no divider).

Perfect stay

Very clean and well maintained. It has a gorgeous view and a killer hot tub. The place has been updated and it shows. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was seamless. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful secluded property with a view of the lake that is better in person than the photo on the listing shows! The unit itself has great furnishings and was well-stocked and clean. It was very comfortable for our group!

Home Away from Home with TOP NOTCH PICTURESQUE views!

This “diamond in the rough” is absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed. Quite honestly, it was a privilege to stay in the this humble abode! The moment you walk in, it feels like you are home. The townhouse was extremely clean (I am OCD and often clean upon arrival - no need this time.)! It had every amenity you could think of from those you would typically expect, down to seasonings for cooking. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a fantastic layout for our crew of seven. The second level common area was so warm and inviting after a long day of skiing. The upstairs grand bedroom was super spacious and accommodating. The views did not disappoint and were seen on EVER level of this lovely venue! The owners were very responsive and sincere. You could tell they take a lot of pride in this property, putting their guest’s experience as a top priority! If we ever get the opportunity to come back to Heavenly, we will plan around availability of this property!

Perfectly Lovely

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The views are incredible, there's tons of space and separation between the three floors. It's the very last property on the street so has views in three directions and feels a little more private. One condo shares decks with you but we ended up with great neighbors who enhanced our stay. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub and fireplace were nice and convenient to use. Very convenient to Stagecoach and Boulder lodges which both offer free parking and are 1 minute and 5 minutes away respectively. We just left our skis and snowboards on/in the car and drove every day. Also not far from civilization and restaurants which is a huge bonus at a mountain. There were 7 of us and felt like a lot of space.Things to note that may be negatives for others: -- coming and going involves stairs and a walk to the parking lot. This was a little rough as we were acclimating but got easier and easier. You can drive your car to the top of the stairs for loading and unloading if you want.-- Ski out is possible but you have to be a very good skier. our neighbors skied out but we did not. "Ski-in" is skiing to the middle of the stagecoach hill and then a medium length walk back.

Michael was a great host, always quick to respond and provide answers or clarification. Property has wonderful views and sitting on the patio soaking the views made us forget day to day stress. The house had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. We even spotted a deer and bear close to the house and something we would always remember. We would stay here again.

Great Place

It was a great place to stay. Nicely appointed and great amenities. The only issue was the ski out designation. It was not ski out during our stay with the low amount of snow and a person would have to be an expert skier to ski out. Instead a shuttle picked us up near the parking lot, which sufficed. Everything was great and a wonderful place. I would stay there again.

Perfect birthday spot!

We celebrated my 50th birthday in beautiful Lake Tahoe with 3 other couples. We absolutely loved the house, the sunsets were spectacular! The house was so well appointed, we only needed to supply food and beverages. We were all impressed with the fullness of supplies provided, don’t need to purchase additional toiletries, detergents, etc. The house is stocked with plenty of these items for your stay. The beds are comfortable, Fall weather was great. And again, THE VIEW!!!! Would absolutely recommend this property!

Great place, great location

Perfect property for a ski trip with family or friends. We went with four skiers (bunk room had beds for more). Property was beautiful, well-kept, and clean. View of the lake to die for. Instructions were clear and accurate. Only challenge was navigating the walk /shuttle to and from Stagecoach lift. A stretch to call the place “ski out”. But overall, wow!

Little slice of HEAVEN-ly

Everything was just perfect! Pictures give you an idea of the ammenties and views but it's way more than that. House was beyond stocked with quality products, everything we needed just an arms length away. We felt 5-star hotel pampered with the heated floors and well-maintained hot tub on the deck with one of the best views in Tahoe! Sorry I'm all over the place but this rental was just too great, thanks for sharing! We'll be back again!

Incredible Winter Escape!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Robert’s place. The house is in a wonderful location, about a 10-minute walk to the Stagecoach lift or 3-5 minute walk to the shuttle stop which brings you to the lift. The house was stocked with essentials, and the kitchen had all necessary tools/pans/etc. to cook. The bedrooms and bathrooms are laid out nicely to provide privacy. We enjoyed this home so much with our friends and look forward to returning in the future! The roads up to the house are a bit dicey with winter weather, and would recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle or chains. Highly recommend this property.

Nice view without snow storm - great attention to detail

The property is beautiful - we were unlucky with weather - one day of beautiful views of the lake. parking is away from condo and walk stairs was difficult carrying gear and groceries. Ski out is almost impossible unless you are a professional. Living and dining are separate. Hot tub is not private - shared with neighbors. Attention to detail was amazing. Lots of utensils, dish soap, shampoo etc!

Great Views

This condo is in a good location and has beautiful views. Overall, we had a great stay. However, we were disappointed by a few things (especially considering how much we paid). We appreciated that the condo owners had supplied shampoo, conditioner, basic food seasonings (community supply of salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, etc), but would have appreciated if they'd supplied a reasonable amount of toilet paper and paper towel rolls- there were hardly any extras in the house and we had to buy more on our third day. Additionally, some of the comforters on the beds looked like they hadn't been cleaned between tenants. We found food stains on the third floor bedroom's comforter. The house also appeared to not have been cleaned immediately prior to our arrival. All of the countertops and tables in the house were covered in a hefty layer of dust and there were quite a few dead bugs found around the condo. There was a note in the condo saying we could call for "emergency cleaning" if we found any issues, but that seemed like it would take more effort than just doing a quick clean ourselves. Finally, and most frustratingly, our damage deposit refund wasn't received until three weeks after we checked out. The deposit could have been refunded to our original form of payment within days of our checking out. Mailing a check weeks after check-out seems like poor business practice. I had to email the property manager before the deposit was returned. All in all, we had a nice stay in a beautiful location, but were frustrated by some housekeeping/business practice issues that shouldn't have occurred.

Amazing views!

Loved our stay here. Lots of room for 2 families - 3 adults and 3 kids - could have comfortably fit more. The hot-tub with the spectacular view on Lake Tahoe was amazing!

Mike was great all the way through and the location was just perfect. The house had everything we needed to feel like we were at a 'home away from home'. From the nice kitchen for cooking/prepping meals to the spa (the kids demanded spa time every night!) and the incredible master suite on the top floor, I highly recommend this home for your next family vacation near Heavenly & Lake Tahoe.

Not only did this place live up to our expectations, it exceeded them. And the communication with the property owner was top-notch!

We've skied all over the world, and can safely say that there is simply no place on earth like Heavenly at Lake Tahoe. The lake views are simply mesmerizing, and this property is a crown jewel. No photo can do it justice.

This property can be rented by itself (accommodates 10), or in conjunction with the adjacent/connecting property (owned by our best friends), which is an EXACT mirror image...down to every stick of furniture. There simply isn't another private property at Heavenly that can accommodate 20 guests comfortably. So, it's perfect for family reunions, church groups, youth groups, etc.
