Bedroom 1: Features a king bed, a 55` TV, and a walk-in closet located within the bathroom. Complete with a full-length mirror and games like Jenga, Trouble, and Scattergories for added fun.

Bedroom 2: A tranquil space with a luxurious king bed and a 55` TV.

Bedroom 3: Offers ultimate comfort with two king beds and a 55` TV. Includes access to a separate arcade room featuring three exciting games.

Bedroom 4: A cozy retreat with a twin-on-twin trundle bed, blue walls, and a 55` TV.

Parking is limited to a maximum of 3 cars, including one in the garage and up to two in the driveway.

◆ Access codes for the keypad will be sent to guests within 24 hours of their arrival to ensure a seamless check-in process.

◆ Conveniently situated near a city park, swimming pool, and educational institutions. Quick access to the freeway makes it just minutes away from downtown Cleveland.

◆ Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, and take advantage of convenient appliances like the washer and dryer.

◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.

◆ Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, BBQ grill, and more are provided free during your stay.

◆ Please note that the hot tub is on a bi-weekly cleaning contract with Ohio Pools & Spas. They come two times a week to check levels and do a deep cleaning. In between their services, guests are free to sift/clean to their liking.

◆ We provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to help you get started, like soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Supplies can be found in the basement under the kitchen and/or bathroom sinks or in the laundry area. Once you run out of any item, note that these items are not replenished, and you’d need to purchase more as needed.

◆ DO NOT LEAVE children/minors unattended at the property.

◆ Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

👉🏻 Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
👉🏻 No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.
👉🏻 No parties or events are permitted, and illegal activity is prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
👉🏻 No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
👉🏻 No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
👉🏻 No tents or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
👉🏻 Please avoid moving furniture.
👉🏻 A $50 charge will apply for any lost keys.
