This is a duplex home with a top and bottom residence. The 2 residences share a private pool. Pool can be heated for $50/day. This is the listing for renting the top residence.

Our house includes many extras including a pack-n-play, beach towels, a beach wagon, beach toys, umbrella and a cooler.

Children under the age of 14 not permitted on elevator without an adult.

Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, one trash bag per trash can and a travel-sized shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom.
