Located on a quiet street walking distance to Fremont Street and the Arts District. Just 10 mins to the Strip, 20 to the airport. Enjoy a full kitchen, 75" smart TV, WiFi, and onsite parking. The Spot DTLV is a walled, gated triplex that is also the perfect spot for families or groups to enjoy a private, connected retreat with shared outdoor space.

Discover a tranquil outdoor sanctuary complete with a pergola-covered sitting area and cozy fire pit—an ideal spot to unwind and savor the Las Vegas evenings.

Each of our three fully furnished units are crafted to provide comfort, space and convenience during your stay.

- Comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath layout spanning 875 square feet each
- 3 total beds plus convertible sofa
- Sleeps up to 4 guests in each unit with an option up to 5 (added fee)
- Master Bedroom: Queen bed
- Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
- Living Room Area with convertible sofa, 75” 4K TV, work area
- Fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4
-Washer and dryer available in private, locked storage room in back of property
