Enjoy thie experience of the beautiful 4 bedroom mountain home nestled in the mountains of the Sierra Bonita Estates in between Angel Fire and Guadalupita. This home features valted tounge and groove ceilings, heart-of-pine wood floors and is surrounded by large ponderosa pines and tall blue spruce trees. It's secluded with lots of space to enjoy time with family and friends.
This spaceous home has all the comforts of home from a large open fully stocked kitchen/dining area in the main level and a large covered deck to enjoy the beautiful views. There are 2 bedrooms on this level, a large bedroom has a kingsize bed and a nice size bedroom gives you plenty of space with a queen size bed. Each of these rooms have thier own covered porch just beyond their own doors. Down the hall is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The gas fireplace in living area keeps you cozy and warm as you sit close by to watch a movie or your favorite tv show.
Up the staircase you will have you own personal space in the loft suite that offers it's own bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. This spaceous room offers a king size bed and gives you privacy as you can sit on your covered balcony to enjoy the morning sun or nightime moon.
The lower level has a small kitchenette that includes mini fridge, toaster oven, sink and kerig coffee maker. This large room also has lots of seating for movie night on the large tv. Off the to the patio to relax in the hot tub after a day on the slopes or the trails and soak in the mountain scenery. There is plenty of room for guests on this level as well, a queen size bedroom is close by with 2 twin size beds tucked in the big laundry room. A washer and dryer is also located on this level. A very large bathroom is across the hall with a tub/shower.
There is plenty of parking for trailers/utv's on the bottom level area and you can enter the main level on the top side as well.
This property has lots of wildlife visitors that travel thru mountain sides to thier destinations. As well an beautiful scenery as your take a walk on the mountain to breathe some fresh air.

We purchased this home to enjoy with our family in the mountains and wanted to share it with others to do the same.

Located about a mile up the mountain in a very quiet place with views of trees and wildlife. Minus the hassle and bussle of everyday life just undwind to enjoy the peaceful mountian air. You can watch the sun peak over the mountain and set just over the other side. There isnt any traffic jams or horns honking, just quiet. Take a long walk around the mountain side taking in nature views.
