The space
Located on Church and Reade Street, this artist’s work and living space is located in the heart of Tribeca in lower Manhattan. New York City’s most prominent neighborhoods, Tribeca is known for its selection of restaurants, including Nobu, Bouley and Mr. Chow’s. With local residents including many in the entertainment industry, Tribeca is one of the highest celebrity populated neighborhoods in Manhattan. Bustling with sophistication during the day, both parks and water access are within walking distance and Tribeca is just minutes away from the World Trade Center, Financial District, South Street Seaport, Lower East Side, Nolita and SoHo making it one of th most central downtown locations. Local trains include the A, B, C, N, R, Q, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, all within two blocks of this conveniently located loft as well as the Path train to New Jersey. Many super markets, including Whole Foods market, fine delis, bakeries and street farm stands are all located within 2-3 blocks of the loft.

As the loft is currently used as a home and photo/film/design production studio, there is equipment visible. The loft may not be used for get-togethers or small parties, as the equipment in there is very expensive.

The loft is on the second floor and has an elevator.
