Split level 4000 square ft house with two full stocked kitchens (one on each level). The entire house can be rented as one unit, but there are also separate listings for each floor. You can all enjoy the kayaks, paddle boards, and noodles with a private lake.

UPSTAIRS: 3 bedrooms, 2bathrooms, 1 in suite bathroom with the large master bedroom.
Screened in porch overlooking the lake: this is the reason we bought this property and is hands down what our guests are amazed by. This comes with ample seating and an outdoor table for enjoying all meals. A smart TV also ensures you may never need to go back inside.
Master Bedroom: Large King sized bedroom with a large amount of natural light, though also has blinds to close. Large walk in closet and plenty of room in the bedroom to dance, do yoga, workout, or study. Large In-suite bathroom has a whirlpool jacuzzi tub and large vanity with more private toilet with fan and heater and stand up shower. This bathroom also comes with a washer and dryer so that you do not have to return home with any dirty clothes.
Second Bedroom: Queen sized bed that is easy to get in and out of with one large window facing the front of the house and plenty of light from window or overhead light and table lamps. Closet provides plenty of room for storage of clothing.
Third Bedroom: King sized bed with a lofted twin provides ample room for relaxation or play. Large bean bag chairs provide the ability to lounge before bed or just when waking up.
Bathroom 2: Large full bathroom with large vanity and bathtub shower ensures any and all guests will feel right at home whether showering or toileting.
Living room: Large lounger couch with secondary smaller artsy couch for gatherings. Smart TV with many apps already signed in for your. Separate reading nook by the window to get away from it all. FOR NOW: THE GAS FIREPLACE IS NONFUNCTIONAL. WE ARE ACTIVELY WORKING TO RESTORE THIS.
Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen with gas range and oven allows for full capacity to make any meal you wish. We consider this the owner's kitchen, and extra attention to detail has been placed to ensure you have everything you need. Adjoining breakfast able allows you to unwind with your coffee while gazing at the lake with also extra seating at the bar. Both kitchens come with coffee, cream and sugar so that you're not running to the store on you first day of relaxation.

DOWNSTAIRS: Outdoor stairs separate these two units, providing the perfect excuse to separate two groups that may not get along the best. Step free entrance from the lower driveways allows a more ADA friendly stay.
Living room: Large sliding glass doors look out to the patio and lake below that you can easily gaze upon from the couch.
Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen with gas range provides everything you need to complement a meal being made upstairs or cook something entirely new.
Bedroom one: essentially the downstairs master bedroom with a large King sized bed situated with ample room on both sides of the bed. A large closet and drawers provide plenty of space for clothes or other items.
Bedroom two: large king with lofted twin, perfect for families with also plenty of closet space for storage.
Bathroom: Large full sized bathroom with shower tub and separate door for toilet should multiple people need to use the bathroom at once.

BACKYARD: 2 Gas grills and smaller charcoal Komodo grill available.
Stairs: Please note that several sets of stairs to have to be traversed to travel down to the lake from the house given the grading of the land. Please use the handrails to steady yourself
Pergola with backyard swing: allows you to escape and truly embrace your surroundings
Kayaks/Paddle Boards: available year round to explore this serene lake. Life jackets available in the shed next to the dock.
Fishing: Lake is stocked with crappie, small mouth bass, blue gill and catfish. Lake is catch and release only with the exception of catfish. Please enjoy!
Fire ring: Located on the portion of our land that juts out from our alcove with 4 Adirondack chairs. Firewood is provided by the stairs by the house, and we do supply some Firestarter to help you make the most of it!
