PETS: This is a pet-friendly property, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $155 for one pet and $200 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $155 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

* No glass in the pool area (Any broken glass would require a full pool drain and damages. The guest would incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in the pool.)
* No swimming in the pool after 10 pm.
