We also have a full size sofa bed to sleep an additional 2 guests for a maximum of 6 guests within the unit.

This apartment is uniquely situated above the Dirty South Bar. On Friday and Saturday nights the bar turns into a nightclub. If you are looking for a quiet nights sleep please do not book this property as it will be nosy from the bass in the bar and patrons along the streets outside. Due to its historic designation, the windows are not designed to open and should remain closed at all times. While this vibrant location means you’re steps away from the action, guests should note that some noise from the street and nearby businesses will be heard at times. There is one flight of stairs to get up to the apartment. The apartment is one story. Guests must be able to walk up and down stairs.
At this time we do not have a dedicated parking spot for the apartment. Overnight parking can be found at the Stuart Town Hall which is right across the street. The parking lot is at the crossroads of St Lucie Ave and Dixie Highway. Quiet hours (no loud music) starts at 11 PM.
