The space
Outside: A spacious patio provides the perfect outdoor entertaining. Relax in the poolside seating, unwind in the private unheated pool, or enjoy a friendly game of cornhole or giant jenga. Wash off the beach in the outdoor shower.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances and all the utensils you’ll need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is open to the living room so you can be part of the fun while cooking for the group at the same time. Enjoy your options to dine at either of the indoor or outdoor dining tables.

Dining Room: Buffet has a multitude of family-friendly games and a Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment. Access to screened porch area that overlooks pool and backyard.

Living Room: Unwind on the comfy sectional couch and watch the 64-inch tv after a day at the beach or golf course. The newly decorated living room has a global coastal design and is equipped with a smart TV to connect with any of your favorite streaming apps or watch cable TV. The home has high speed internet so the whole family can enjoy their favorites with no interruption.

Master Bedroom: Features a king size bed and a smart TV in addition to a private workspace. The bedroom adjoins to a full bathroom and the screened porch.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for the locked space under the house and the locked owner’s closets.
