Villa Soleil on viehättävä koti Destiny Eastin porteilla. Kylpytynnyri ja grilli ovat uusia viime vuoden aikana. Tähän vuokraan sisältyy 2 ilmaista golfkärryä, 4-paikkainen ja 6-paikkainen. Tämä talo tarjoaa sinulle 2000 neliömetrin mukavuutta ja muotoilua, jotta lomastasi olisi yhtä mukava kuin koti, ja siinä on kaunis, suuri ja täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on graniitti työtasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Family Vacation 2025

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location. The beach could be reached via golf cart or walking. The community pool & clubhouse where in walking distance and the salt water private pool was perfect. The home was clean and very accommodating. The security alarms on the doors to the pool was great with having kids around. Our main complaints were the golf carts were not in the best working conditions. The front seatbelt snaps actually came off on one cart and the guys put them back as best as they could w/ out the right tools, and one of the carts showed the battery at full capacity, but died while my son was taking his 2 1/2 year old for a ride. Maintenance was there to help fairly quickly. The mobile mechanic diagnosed the problem, but maintenance didn’t seem to care about his diagnosis. The property manager was there as well and was very accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our time. We would like to recommend that the owner invest in a better vacuum, as the current one would not pick up much of the sand. We tried vacuuming each day, but it just didn’t do the job.

Awesome spot!

Great location. Two golf carts was a huge bonus! Gated community gave family comfort. Great amenities at the clubhouse (movie theater, pool, playground, hot tub, tennis and basketball court). Highly recommend! Will be back again.

Several restaurants (including Bruster's ice cream) are close enough for the golf cart also. The back patio hot tub was very clean and seemed pretty new. We only interacted with management when we signed the golf cart paperwork, but the guy was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again... had a great time!!!

THIS WAS A GREAT PROPERTY

THIS PROPERTY WAS JUST AS DESCRIBED. VERY CLEAN ANY VERY SPACIOUS. WE WERE A FAMILY OF 11 AND THE LARGE LIVING ROOM WAS GREAT. JESSICA AND VALERIE WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH. GOLF CARTS WERE A NICE ADDITION TO GO TO THE BEACH AND CLUBHOUSE. ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS WITH THE HOT TUB. iT WOULD TRIP THE BREAKER WHEN THE TEMP GOT TO A CERTAIN DEGREE. NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL, BUT SHOULD BEE ADDRESSED. THANKS FOR A GREAT TIME!

The biggest problem was the golf cart having something wrong with it and getting stuck at the beach for several hours until they were able to switch it out. The other being the air conditioner not turning on it kept saying it needed a new filter. The Queen bed was very firm for us.

Didn't use the grill or hot tub, so can't speak to those. The golf cart was fantastic and convenient for heading to the beach and the pool.A few curious things - the house has very nicely upgraded appliances, yet the comforter in the master bedroom seemed to be 10+ years old. Seems like the big hitters (appliances, hot tub, etc) have been updated, but some of the smaller details could be updated to further enhance they stay.That being said, this place is a great deal and a great place to stay in Destin. Highly recommended.

Summer vacation

Reviewer Comments: Good things- enclosed pool was amazing, plenty of seating in the family room and around the table. Golf carts were charged and an amazing way to get to the beach! Loved it! Disappointed there were zero seats outside by the pool, mattresses were older and okay, but after a week I was sore. Pans in kitchen were old and the finish was coming off into our food. I went out and bought a new sauce pan and even left it. Grill has zero propane when we went to use it and when we called I was told to go out and buy it and they would reimburse me-but maintenance did end up coming before the end of the next day and replace it. Over all - we enjoyed our trip here.

However, there were a few issues we encountered. The front bedroom is so hot. Too hot to sleep comfortably in. I understand the sun is hot and it hits the front of the house but something should be done to make it more comfortable and no the box fans did not help enough. Also, the yellow golf cart was acting up. One of the main reasons we stayed here was because it had two golf carts, one for each family that was staying in the house. One day it would charge fine and work and the next it wouldn’t work at all. Overall our stay was nice and everyone whom we had contact with for the house was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the location of the house. The gated community gave us a real sense of safety and security. A few small issues with the house we had were; Floors throughout the house when we arrived were very dirty. After walking through with no shoes on, our feet were filthy. We used what cleaning products we could fine to sweep and clean the floors. The hot tub was not in good condition. We opened it up and the water was not clean and the bottom was covered in sand. We decided not to use it during our stay. Cleaning supplies could not be found. Staying there for a week, we needed some basic cleaning items to keep the house looking good. We purchased some things to use for the week. But those small issues did not do anything to our overall expierence, we enjoyed the stay and are looking forward to the next visit in October. The golf cart was a great addition to the property. Using that to get around was so much easier then using our large suv. We had a GREAT TIME and will return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The customer service was AMAZING!!! we were traveling with two small kids and we were able to get in before check in that was very nice! There were a few bad things... we couldn't fine remotes to the tv in the living room we did end up finding it in the couch cushions. The tv in the bunk room had a terrible picture. The tv in the other room had no remote. Also we could not get the hot tub to work when we were there it would keep shut in off. That was a huge bummer we were very excited about that part... the grill was also very dirty. I did email them and they sent someone out right away so we got a new remote for the one tv and they tried to help the grill the best they could and sent a repair man for the hot tub. Sadly for us the hot tub couldn't really be fixed. They did credit us some money back!!!! Good news is the owners are getting a new grill and hot tub so the next people to stay should be set!!! We LOVED the golf carts soooo handy! The beach was beautiful! They had beach chairs there for you to use and two umbrellas one of them is broke though lol. I will definitely be back! The customer service is what made it all worth it! Thanks guys for a great trip I miss the beach already!!

Outdated- needs total overhaul

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To preface our stay, the housekeeping and manager were right on the issues we had. They were very apologetic for the issues we encountered and resolved them as soon as they could. Upon arrival I noticed the floor did not look clean as well as the bathrooms. There was a stain in the master bedroom closet carpet. The pool area only had two sporting event chairs to accommodate the pool area. The microwave did not work, the kitchen utensils provided were rusty and old, and there was very few silverware provided. The sink in the guest bathroom flooded out in the floor. The wallpaper in the master bedroom/ bathroom was falling off wall. The owners of this house need to give this house some immediate attention. It is in a very nice neighborhood and has great potential. I will say everyone I contacted from Glass Casa was wonderful. They wanted to move my family to another house however there was not one available with a private pool. They did as much as they could to help with the issues we encountered. They did give us a full refund which I very much appreciate. Unless the owners have done a complete overhaul of this house, I would not recommend renting.

Family Friendly

Good things: It was very family friendly. Nothing was so nice that you were worried about your kids spilling something or messing something up. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes/pots and pans and plastic storage containers we needed. We had great space to hang out in the dining room and living room. When we arrived, lights were on and music was playing. Super welcoming! We loved, loved the golf carts and bikes! We took them to the beach and to the community center for pickle ball, basketball, and the hot tub. Definitely one of the coolest things about the property! Communication and directions were clear and really helpful. Not so great things: The pictures showed bar stools, but there weren't any, so there wasn't enough seating for all 10 of us at dinner. Not a big deal, but it woulda been nice. The sofa beds weren't the most comfortable... maybe some extra egg crate foam would help. The guest bathroom shower didn't drain well and a repairman came and said he fixed it. He made it a little better, but it really wasn't fixed. 10 of us taking showers between 2 bathrooms....ugh! We needed that tub to drain. We could've used some extra cozy blankets. I guess it's not usually freezing cold in Florida, but it was those first couple days we were there, so the heat kinda worked, but more blankets would've been useful. Some salt and pepper and kcups provided would've been nice, but we bought them. House rules said they wanted the trash bagged, which was fine, but we stayed 5 days and we only had 2 bags. We ended up using grocery bags as trash bags, but giving a few extra bags might be nice.

The one thing I was worried about

The stay itself was great. You took care of the heat issue immediately. The one big issue I had was the golf carts. That was the one thing I needed to be right. I called prior to coming several times to make sure it was all set. Upon arrival, it all looked good. But on the day I needed both of them all day to work, neither did. I know you finally came a fixed them but the one wasn’t even charged. So had I been able to use it I would have stranded 6 of us somewhere. The one amenity I was adamant on working did not.
