LOCATION! This is a ground-level, North Coast Village, oceanfront cottage unit. The sparkling ocean is your backyard, and a clean, grassy area for the littles also awaits.

- Open-concept, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, cookware, and small appliances needed for any size meal
- Breakfast bar for quick bites and morning chats
- Dining area seating 6 for family meals and gatherings

- 48” Flat-screen TVs in the living room and primary bedroom with HD cable for movie nights

Sleeping Arrangements:

- The primary bedroom has a plush king-size bed
- The guest bedroom features a Twin over-queen bunk with a Twin trundle bed underneath
- A queen sofa sleeper in the living area provides additional sleeping space

With lush landscaping, a koi pond, and many kid-friendly activities, North Coast Village is ideal for grownups and tykes alike. Luxuriate in the community’s two spa Jacuzzis, splash around in the pool or challenge a relative to a mean game of eight-ball or ping-pong (the condo has paddles and balls).

Other amenities include free gym access, sauna, rec room with TVs, putting green, and commercial-grade BBQ grills for community use. You’ll also find on-site laundry rooms, a rentable clubhouse with a kitchen and bar, and 24-hour patrol for your peace of mind.

Ten spectacular beaches are just minutes from the complex when you want to get out.

The kids will flip when they discover six of the country’s most famous theme parks are less than an hour away, including Legoland, the San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, Disneyland, and California Adventure. You can slip a little culture into their vacay with a visit to historic Mission San Luis Rey, Oceanside Surf Museum, Oceanside Museum of Art, and the Museum of Making Music, all conveniently close by.
