This 2-bedroom townhome is tucked away in the cozy community of Canal Run, just steps from the Intercoastal Canal and under the Gulf Shores Bridge. Whether you’re here for beach vibes, waterfront views, or nonstop fun, this spot has it all!

Waterway Village is a hidden gem bursting with personality. Stroll along tree-lined sidewalks, relax under decorative lamp posts, or kick back at one of the many nearby dining and entertainment spots. Some local favorites include:
**Tacky Jacks** – Casual bites with waterfront views.
**Acme Oyster House** – Legendary seafood just around the corner.
**The Sloop** – Great food, drinks, and good times!

**Free Parking:** Park up to two cars – no fees, no fuss!
