Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort and Water Park is located in Gatlinburg, TN. It is next to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood Theme Park. This cabin-style condo, which is the best the resort has to offer, has a King bed, queen sofa bed in living room, a full bath with shower. It has a full kitchen and a dining area. It has a balcony. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. Wonderful for cool evenings. There is also a washer and dryer in your condo so you can enjoy the comforts of home. In addition, there is an elevator so no more climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage or groceries. Guests can enjoy the onsite indoor/outdoor water park, Wild Bear Falls Water Park, with a heated pool, children's water slides, a lazy river for tubing and a children's activity room. There is a snack bar inside where you can get a burger or something good to eat. Outside amenities include 2 heated pools, and other pools as well, a miniature golf course, a zip line, picnic areas, fire pit seating areas and beautiful grills. Some of these amenities are seasonal so please ask the front desk when you check in. The lodge also has a business center, a fitness center and spa. When it is time for a sit down meal, please visit Southern Comfort, an onsite restaurant and bar with excellent food and service. For quick pickups, visit the marketplace mini store and deli, a snack bar and an infinity pool and bar. There is free wifi available, free parking and free shuttle service to areas nearby and takes you up and down the mountain as well. The shuttle service is wonderful. It will pick you up at your condo and bring you back to your condo when you are finished whatever you were doing. There are endless things to do in and around Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Dollywood Theme Park, The Medieval Times, The Dolly Stampede, Biblical Times, Magic shows, Arcade, All kinds of Dinner Theatres. The Aquarium, horseback riding stables, tons of shows, musical venues, lumberjack shows. Tanger outlets for last minute shopping needs are close by as well. There is something here for everyone. Visit the Roaring Fork Motor Trail to catch the sight of bears in the wild. There are Ghost tours, and don't forget the National Park. Lots of stuff to see and do there.
