Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with another unit below. Please be mindful and respectful of fellow guests and neighbors during your stay—thank you!
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please review and follow these house rules:

- No events, large gatherings, or loud music are permitted. We reserve the right to evict any guests who don't oblige without a refund.

- No unregistered guests allowed. No extra/overnight guests (we reserve the rights to cancel your reservation if there are more than the stated number of guests in your reservation)

- A government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.

- This is a smoke-free property. No Smoking or Vaping is allowed inside the unit or in shared outdoor areas. In case violation of no-smoking or vaping, an extra cleaning fees ($2,500) to remove odors and stains will be charged.

- No illegal substances allowed on the premises

- Pets are not allowed in the unit.

- Remove shoes once entering the premise. Slippers are available.

- Keep the unit tidy during your stay. Please wash any used dishes and take out excess trash before checkout.

- Please take care of the furnishings. You will have to pay for damages.

- Damage: Report any damage or issues immediately. Unreported damage may result in additional charges.

- Safety: Ensure doors and windows are locked when you leave the unit.

- Wi-Fi: Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi. Please use it responsibly and avoid illegal downloads or streaming

- Please do not touch or tamper with the Doorbell or Security System. Failure to follow this instruction will result in additional charges.

- In adherence to the city's noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 10pm. Our property resides in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Any infringement of this ordinance will be promptly reported to Airbnb, and necessary actions, including involving local authorities and our security team, will be taken to ensure compliance. Please respect the tranquility of our community.

- Packages may not be sent prior to arrival. Please send them to Amazon or UPS Access Points.

- Please don’t rearrange the furniture, or my poor cleaning lady will break her back trying to move them back (and back surgery ain't cheap!)

- Do not disturb the neighbors.

Penalties:
- Extra unreported guests: $250/person/Night
- Smoking: $2,500 / occurrence
- Late checkout: $300/Hr
- Tamper of Doorbell System: $500
- Parties/Events: $5,00
