 2. rivin kohotettu rantatalo vain 20 askelta merelle. Et löydä parempaa sijaintia Garden Cityssä perheellesi. Olemme sijaitsee Garden City -laiturista etelään, Inlet Point -alueella. Kotimme on 4 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneen, jossa puoli kylpyamme alas portaita ja ulkosuihku. Master makuuhuoneessa on kuningas ja oma kylpyhuone. Makuuhuoneessa 2 on kuningatar ja jaa kylpy makuuhuoneen 3 kanssa, jossa on myös kuningatar. Makuuhuoneessa 4 on kerrossänky ja alaosa on parivuode. Uusi vuodesohva den. Nimeni on Rodney Rogers, Marion SC, etsi minua Facebookista lisäkysymyksiä varten.
Voit nauttia valtameren nähtävyyksistä ja äänistä takakuistilta tai keinuilta. Katso, kuinka lapset leikkivät alla maa-altaassa (lämmitetään kausiluonteisesti lisämaksusta). Talossa on puulattiat kaikkialla ja se pidetään erittäin puhtaana. Täysin varusteltu keittiö on ilo, mukaan lukien mukavat päivitetyt kraftmade-kaapit ja astianpesukone. Suuri taulutelevisio Denissä sekä taulu molemmissa makuuhuoneissa.

Portaikkojen alaosassa voit nauttia kuistilla alla olevasta riippumatosta tuona iltapäivänä sekä monilla pöydillä ja tuoleilla kuunnellessaan valtamerten majesteettisia ääniä. Best beach house experience

I had the great fortune of finding myself in this comfy, quiet Garden City beach house for a few gorgeous October days. The house is one-story but feels expansive even for a larger group - the living room is well appointed, the kitchen equipped for preparing feasts, and the porch sublime any time of day. We're already plotting our next weekend getaway here.

Fantastic

Best spot in the area in my opinion. You literally only need to take your clothes and whatever food you want to bring in. Very short walk to an amazing beach and a salt water pool that is cleaned professionally every other day. If we had to give one piece of advice, it would be an instruction page, detailing when the trash is picked up and what was expected to be done before check out, etc. This place was perfect and our family enjoyed it greatly. Will definitely be back! Thanks Rodney and family!

Incredible view!

Where to begin?? Rodney kills it with this rental! We're so grateful that we were able to find this beach house for our group. Everything was absolutely perfect! The view of the beach, the incredible pool (5ft or so on the deep end), the front porch, and so much space. Everything was clean and it just felt very homey. Very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle that the beach has become over the years. The beach is peaceful and had minimal people on it compared to surrounding areas/beaches. We would return without hesitation. If this is in your price range and you're looking for an incredible beach vacation, don't miss this one! Thank you again Rodney! Take care!

We had a great time! Thanks Rodney and family.

Excellent view of the ocean, loved the putting green. Wished we had been told we had to pay extra to heat the pool-this was not disclosed, but advertised as "heated" pool. Three adult couples shared this experience and overall were very pleased. Rodney was on top of getting the linens sent to us AND talking to Georgetown County to identify "NO WATER" one day was due to a main line break in the entire county. We never suffered, thanks to Rodney's quick thinking and actions!

We had a great vacation!

Our family can't say enough wonderful things about our vacation and our time spent at the house. It was just the four of us in the house so we had PLENTY of room. Our two small children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and quick & easy access to the beach. My husand and I enjoyed the fact that we were housed in a safe and quiet neighborhood so that our kids could enjoy themselves and we could relax while they played. We also enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch by spending our time relaxing and enjoying the sights & sounds of the ocean. In fact, our kids cried when we had to leave to go home because they wanted to stay at the beach house!!! We would highlyrecommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation home in the Garden City area. The owner was so informative, helpful and genuinely concerned about our satisfcation during our stay. The house is clean, well stocked and accurately represented in the pictures. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great Location, Listing Outdated

The best feature of this property was by far the location. Wonderful beach access just across the street. The photos of the property in the listing were misleading. The beautiful landscaping was not maintained. The pool was green from Saturday until Monday, however the owner was very responsive. Once clear, pool was great. The deck was deteriorated to the point the surfaces were uneven and nails sticking out. The laundry room dryer was rusted. The kitchen was dirty upon arrival with food remnants left in the refrigerator, something spilled in the freezer, and coffee/food splashes and drips down cabinets. The property served its purpose, but did not meet expectations based on listing.

Beach trip 2020

I am not normally one to write a review. However considering the welcome we received upon arrival to this house and the hospitality we were greeted with I felt the need to express our gratitude. Not only did the owners go above and beyond to ensure our wants and needs were all met, we also were treated with such thought and caring as if we were were family. The ease of the ability to the access of the beach was a dream on its own. Our children could go from the pool to beach scenery within seconds. If we were to pick a fun feature that seems unique to this location would be the outdoor shower and bottom level restroom near the pool. For those with young children this set up is a must! It provided more time for Mom and Dad to spend outside enjoying this vacation and the kids could go from one fun activity to the other. We have already started planning our own outdoor shower at our home! Lastly, the best of all was the extra fridge in the lower level. It allowed us to have large amounts of space for waters and groceries for everyday needs with children. We cannot thank you enough (to the owners) for their consideration and thoughtfulness you showed to our family! We will for certain be booking for next summer!

Beach week

Fantastic location with super easy beach access and a wonderful pool. Plenty of room for 2 couples, well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer if needed. Sit on the porch and watch the world go by. Very relaxing and comfortable. Rodney was very responsive to any questions.

Paradise in SC

This place was phenomenal. This was my buddy’s and I first time in SC and it did not disappoint. We came in from Philly and had an early flight. Rodney let us check in early, which made the first day so much better. He was so quick with a response early in the morning. Top notch place and top notch owner. The location was spot on, and if you like the beach it was 15 steps away. Everything you see in pictures on the place on the site was spot on. We caught a sunrise on our last day and you can see it from the front porch. We will definitely be back and if you are looking in this area, you better stay here!!

Great place for family

First off I wanted to start by saying, Rodney is great to communicate with. I prefer a personable experience over a booking agency any day. Rodneys house was in a great location. With the beach access across the street, it makes beaching very easy. Simply walk across the street and you’re there. It’s further down in the inlet so it takes at least 10 minutes to make it out to the main road but we didn’t mind! The house was clean, the pool was clear. Some of our favorite things were the pool, porch and the downstairs covered area. There’s a ring game down there that we played nightly! I’d you’re looking for a quiet, laid back place for a family, this is it!

Great second row house

The house location on the second row was great. You can see the ocean from the front porch. Very relaxing. The kitchen was completely stocked with all cooking and dinning needs. The one complaint I have is about the mattresses, they were hard, lumpy and a made squeaky noises with every single move (in all the rooms) My wife had to sleep on the couch during our week stay bc she could not handle sleeping on squeaky mattress. And that’s why I gave it a 3 star overall rating. I believe the most comfortable piece of furniture in the house should be the mattress.

Great Location!

We had a great time during our stay. The location of the house is amazing! The public beach access across the street and the the private pool was ideal for our group of teenage boys who couldn't stay in one spot too long. The house is located on the south end of Garden City, which kept the traffic to a minimum. We will definitely book this location again in the future.

The home is located in the best part of Garden City Beach 2nd row and best of all we have a beach access directly in front of our home.
We are not new to VRBO / Homeaway as we have had a cabin rental ( property number 126068 ) in our hometown of Marion since 2006. It has been an amazing 18 years with the cabin. Meeting new people and allowing them to escape the grind of everyday life and then having them come back to the cabin again is really neat. We look forward to the guest who will enjoy our 2nd row beach house for years to come. Customer service is a biggie for me and you will find that if you need something during your stay, if its within our power we will make it happen for you. Enjoy !!

We have vacationed in Garden City and have stayed both on the south and north ends. However, we fell in love with the south end near the Inlet Point. While on vacation year after year we dreamed of having a home here and after some eight years a property became available in the perfect location and so here we are. It has everything a family could want in a rental and are excited to have a pool as well. You are close to all the nice restaurants and having the beach access right across from you makes it even nicer.

Little slower pace on the south end. You have the inlet just behind us and the ocean just steps in front of us. With pool...and your own private putting green ... come on....don't get any better !!
