Escape to your perfect summer/vacation home, a spacious (4500 square feet with 4 floors of living space) and inviting getaway set on a 2.5 acre wooded lot in the heart of Maine's coastal charm. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 full and 2 half baths), this home offers the perfect balance of comfort, fun, relaxation, and adventure. Whether you are savoring a quiet morning in the serene backyard or on the farmer's porch in the front yard or heading out for seaside fun at Drake's Island Beach (a six minute ride), this property has something for everyone. Relax and unwind on the back deck under the electric awning, perfect for a cookout using our propane grill. Feeling spontaneous? Grab a pizza and enjoy a beachfront picnic or take a leisurely stroll through the streets of Kennebunkport, filled with gift shops and delicious dining options. Golf enthusiasts will love being just 0.5 miles from the Merriland Farms Par 3 Golf Course (and restaurant), ideal for a quick round before dinner. This home is designed for unforgettable family reunions and multigenerational get-togethers, offering comfortable accommodations for every guest. This property can sleep anywhere from 8-16 people comfortably. Three of the five bedrooms feature queen-size beds and the master bathroom boasts a luxurious Airjet tub for the ultimate relaxation along with a separate shower. All the bedrooms have their own TV's and window air conditioners. The main floor (kitchen and dining areas) also have a window air conditioner. The 4th floor "kids' haven" is a space with 7 twin beds, a half bath, a closet, and plenty of room for games and giggles. The finished basement has a full-size day bed with a twin-size trundle bed that slides out from under it and can be considered a 6th bedroom. The finished basement also has a full bathroom with a shower, a 78 inch Smart TV, a treadmill, and a large sectional couch with 3 recliners - perfect for watching movies. The family room has a large sectional couch with 3 recliners and a TV. The huge front and back yards are perfect for kids games and the large driveway has a basketball hoop and can accommodate up to 8 cars. The pool area is beautifully landscaped with LL Bean tables and chairs that can seat up to 18 people for meals. There is a second refrigerator in the garage. Linens, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach toys and games are provided. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. End your evening under the stars, roasting marshmallows around the backyard gas firepit, sharing stories, and making memories. Or during the summer take a refreshing night swim in the in-ground pool, letting the warm glow of the pool light enhance the peaceful ambiance. With its blend of relaxation and convenience, this home is much more than a rental - it is a destination that you'll want to return to year after year. My friends and I rented the house for my bachelorette weekend and we had the best time! This house was perfect because there were lots of gathering spaces both inside the house and outside on the deck and beautifully landscaped backyard so we could all spend time together no matter the weather and also plenty of space for us all to unwind with some alone time. There were more than enough beds for everyone and they were comfortable and clean. The pool and backyard was definitely the highlight of the weekend! We all loved relaxing on the lounge chairs, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, cooking dinner on the grill, and doing cannonballs into the heated saltwater pool!!The location was also great because the house is in a very quiet neighborhood but very close to lots of restaurants, stores, and entertainment on route 1. We went to downtown Ogunquit two of the nights and had the most fun singing karaoke and dancing our feet off! We highly recommend Patio 03907 in Ogunquit for delicious food, strong drinks, welcoming and friendly staff, and beautiful views of the water!The host, Kevin, was very responsive to messages and answered all our questions both before and during our stay. He even allowed us a later checkout time which was a huge help! This property was the perfect setting for the most unforgettable weekend and I can’t wait to come back someday!

This wonderful home had everything we needed for our family vacation. The pool was just beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit every night. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The washer/dryer was so convenient and the kitchen was very well equipped. A five star experience for sure!!

This was an amazing vacation home. Check-in was very easy. Parking was more than adequate. The kitchen was equipped with everything one would need to prepare meals for a large family. The host was gracious and quickly responded to questions. The property was beautiful. The decorations in the home and the outdoor landscaping created a sense of well-being. The host even provided beach towels and chairs which could be used at the nearby beaches! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our family felt refreshed, and our grandchildren expressed disappointment that the vacation had passed so quickly. It was an exceptional value for the rate charged. We would highly recommend this vacation property!

Gorgeous spot for a stay with extended family

We booked a week to get together with family- 3 generations, 8 adults and 7 kids from 1-12 years old. Everyone had a fantastic time. There was plenty of comfortable indoor space for all, but the yard and pool was definitely a highlight. We spent most of the week at beaches (close by, but limited parking) or playing in the pool. The neighborhood was also great for the younger kids to ride their bikes. The landscaping is gorgeous and the house is well cared for. We cooked most meals and the kitchen had what we needed.

Lovely Family Home!

My multi-generation family group felt right at home at this lovely rental. There was room to gather, but also room to spread out. The location was so convenient, but we didn't need to go out all that much--the pool is so stunning that we mostly skipped the beach! Thank you to the host for a wonderful week.

Yearly family vacation

Beautiful landscape, great indoor and outdoor seating. Campfire, pool floats for kids, loved the pool. , we had a great time but some things are missing. Needed lots more kitchen equipment, spices, olive oil, napkins. Need more bathrooms spaces, master sweet is a waste of space when the other rooms are so small.

Perfect Rental Home for Multi-generational family in Wells, ME!

Pictures do not do this home justice. It is very clean and has multiple zones for different family members to hang out, including a beautiful front porch and pool area in the backyard! We had 7 adults and 5 kids (ranging from 8 to 14 years old) and had more than enough space for us all. The house is fully stocked with beach, pool, and sports equipment so you won't need to bring much. Close proximity to grocery stores and beaches, but the pool was definitely the biggest hit with the kids on the hottest days. Owner was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Only suggestions are to leave a hand vacuum for renters to clean up little spills from the kids and also let renters know about how Maine accepts deposits on plastic bottles. Overall, we give our trip 5 stars and hope other families enjoy the house as much as we did!

Words can’t even describe our experience. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, checked in and got settled in we knew it was going to be an unforgettable stay. Everything that was described about the house was on point. The cleanliness, space, and privacy was all something we enjoyed about the stay. There were no complaints, this house is the perfect getaway for your next family trip! The location too was very convenient, you didn’t have to travel far to get to where you wanted to go because it was in a close vicinity to the house. With all that being said, don’t hesitate and book this property as soon as you can. You won’t regret it!

We purchased this home in 2014, knowing we wanted a place to make memories with our children & grandchildren. When we first purchased this house our oldest grandchild was 7 years old and our youngest was not even born. Fast forward 10 years & 10 grandchildren later, our oldest is in college and our youngest is 5 years old. Over the years we watched the kids grow and enjoy many days at Drakes Island beach, trips to places like Fun Town Splash Town in Saco, York Wild Animal Kingdom in York, and even a trip to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park in Maine. But our most memorable times were just celebrating summer days and nights watching the kids play in our beautiful backyard pool area. We hope that you enjoy creating memories here with your family the way we have with ours.
