This charming home is designed as a comfortable, convenient escape--perfect for families, professionals, and travelers. Located minutes from Duke University, Duke Hospital, and downtown Durham, our home offers the ideal mix of tranquility and accessibility.
Please note, we started building an ADU in the backyard in August. It is in the late stages of construction so there may be daytime noise (fairly minimal since they are now doing interior work) and you may encounter construction vehicles. We have dropped rates to compensate for the inconvenience. Most will still enjoy their stay but please contact us if you have questions.

We love this neighborhood because it's quiet, yet is very conveniently located. In less than 10 minutes, you can be on one of several major highways/freeways so you can easily get to the neighboring cities. It's less than 10 minutes to Duke University / Duke Hospital, about 10 minutes to get downtown, and about 20 minutes to get to UNC or the airport.

The house built in the 1960s has a lot of character. We recently refinished the original wood flooring, which adds a touch of sophistication. With the fireplace, rugs, and ample seating throughout, it's a nice blend of comfort and style.
